Dispersing machine DBI 2000

The mixing/dispersing machine model DBI

2000 (Direct Batch Inline) is the heart of the

Master Plant series. It combines the followingfunctions in one unit:

•pumping

• suction of powders or liquids

• mixing

• dispersing

• and C.I.P (option)

The innovative design ensures quicker

processing times and optimum

dispersing quality over an extremely wide

range of viscosities.

Technical details - disperser DBI 2000

• Directly mounted below the mixing vessel

• Choice between low-shear pumping or

high-shear dispersing

• Possibility to incorporate powders directly

before the high-shear stage (without vessel

vacuum)

• Viscosities up to 100 Pas

• Possibility of fine generators

• Choice between recirculation or discharge

Concept of SPP - agitator 

The SPP is equipped with anchor stirrer

and flow breaker.

For treatment of very different

viscosities, it might be advantageous to

use drives with frequency converter,which are optionally available.

For viscosities up to approx.

100,000 mPa·s
