The name of a Division or Committee or TG or WG will be placed on your back Interact with the other leaders to find out what’s on your back and take that seat
Take-aways

1. In your leadership role, what will you be teaching/mentoring today/this week?
2. Create a record of performance (performance is the only thing that will encourage members to trust and support you.)
3. One member does well, does better, acknowledge that, others will challenge themselves.
What do you want to be remembered for as Chair?
