3.5. Warranty
The deliverables will be covered for a warranty against critical fixes and bugs for a period of 1
month from the date of final delivery. It will not include any new functionality development and
changes request on existing functionality.
4. Assumptions and Terms
4.1. Assumptions
���� Openwave will do only 2 mockup designs for Home Page. The selected mock up can
undergo 3 change requests maximum.
���� Client will provide us Hi-Res Logo source with transparent background.
���� Images/ Photos used for website would be provided by client. If at all Openwave have to
find images we would be using Royalty Free (Demo Usage) photos with watermark that
could be purchased from stock photography sites later by client.
���� Appropriate design as well as functionality references would be given by client.
���� Only basic level Java Scripts/ JQuery Customization will be done where ever required.
���� Special or Fancy Fonts will not be used for running/ dynamic contents.
���� The mockup would be designed taking 1024 x 768 Px screen resolution as base and higher.
The HTMLs would be coded in responsive format to suit mobile and tablet devices.
���� Openwave would be testing this application only in the following MODERN DESKTOP WEB
BROWSERS: Google Chrome version 45+, Mozilla Firefox version 40+, Safari version 5.1.7,
Microsoft Internet Explorer version 10, 11 and Edge.

���� Openwave assumes client will provide us FTP access, database access and control panel
access (if needed) at the initial stage of the project. Also Openwave assume the FTP access
and database access will have all the rights and permissions to add/edit/delete any files
and folders in the FTP and setup any configuration required to live the site. Any new
requirement or changes in server settings recommended by Openwave will be provided by
client. If client will want us to do any job (like installing components, upgradation) will be
charged separately.
���� The JavaScript, JQuery or AJAX will be used on application based on Openwave’s decision
as well as client’s decisions and suggestions. Openwave will judiciously use Javascript, Ajax,
JQuery wherever required. We will have discussions for implementation on case to case
basis whenever a request is received from Client.
���� Openwave assumes client will clarify our queries (if any) within 48 hours (in normal
working days excluding weekends and holidays) and failed to meet this will lead to delay in
project delivery and will update the revised schedule due to this delay based on Openwave
discretion. Also Openwave will inform client that the schedule has been updated due to
lack of communication from client.
4.2. Terms
���� Openwave will develop the project on its local development environment. Soon after
starting the projects Openwave will provide the demo URL so that client can always review
the progress of development and give valuable feedback. After the clients’ approval and
once the 100% payment are done, Openwave will move the final web application to
client’s server environment.
���� This effort estimation is based on our understanding and assumptions mentioned in this
document. This effort estimation doesn’t include any features, options that are not
mentioned in this document.
���� If client wishes to add any new features during development that will be considered as out
of scope, these will be analyzed and a separate quote provided for the new features. Once
agreed, this will be added to the total project cost.
���� After delivery of each milestone Openwave need client feedback in 48 hours. Any delays
from the client end would lead to subsequent delays in development of the project and
future milestones, which will be communicated at that time itself.
���� In the event of us not receiving client feedback (approval or bugs) for the released
milestone within 7 business days of receiving the deliverables, the deliverables are deemed
to have been accepted by client and the milestone payments falls due immediately.

���� If there is be any change request on the delivered milestone after acceptance of client,
then it will be considered as additional work and charged separately.
