Project Goal

• Develop a regional transit plan & specialized transportation coordination plan– Serves as the basis for

future planning & grant approvals

– 5 – 10 – 20 year scenarios– Strong stakeholder input &

buy-in– Aligned with state &

Federal plans– Builds off the goals &

performance measures for the 2040 Regional Plan
