The building’s recent renovation boasts a new, white glass spandrel system, 2-story transparent glass storefront, and entrance lobby as well as upgrades to the building’s vertical transportation and upper floor facilities.

Location —Located at the inter-section of Fifth Avenue and 47th Street, this 150,000 square foot office building is ideal for boutique businesses which deserve the prominence of Fifth Avenue in Midtown Manhattan.

New Entrance and Lobby —579 Fifth Avenue’s redesigned entrance and lobby have been expanded in order to maximize presence at the ground level as well as within. Grey and white Italian marble walls, floors and desk create a refined recep-tion for the building’s office tenants and visitors.

Advanced Security —Concierge-attended lobby, elevator and after-hours building access via a card-key system with video file checking, separate messenger entrance, and advanced life- safety systems offer tenants increased security.

Architectural Details —New windows were transpierced into the building’s lower façade to provide “corner-office” views looking south down Fifth Avenue.Setbacks in the upper stories allow for ter-races on select floors.
