SteamSteam is the technical term for the gaseous phase of water, which is formed when water boils.

The difference between steam and water vapor is that-

Water vapor can be produced from the evaporation or boiling of liquid water or from the sublimation of ice

Steam is only formed from boiling water.

Common uses of Steam:Agricultural

• for soil sterilization & increase soil health

Domestic• for cooking, cleaning of fabric and carpets, etc
