However, printing high quality Datamatrix codes or OCR characters is probably the main one, which offers the possibility of using artificial visión systems for an automatic data capture, by using 2D readers or OCR vision camera systems.

BILLET & SLAB Marker

The Billet Marker is intended to mark OCR characters using REA JET paint & Spray technology on to the hot Steel Billets & Slabs. (up to 800˚C surface temperature)

This solution is based on a 6-axes Robot cell to be installed working on an automatic way within the continuous production cycle.

It includes all mechanical and electrical protections to be integrated into the factory’s security plan.

The equipment is designed to be integrated into the factory’s PLC network to work on an automatic way with remote access.

The Robot cell is designed to work on a non-attended way, except for the recommended preventive maintenance operations.

COIL Marker

The Coil Marker is intended to mark OCR characters using REA JET spray mark technology. On cold coils the marking could be also realized with REA JET Drop-On-Demand Ink-jet technology.

The Robot cell is designed to fit specific dimensions of each facility, where it will be installed working on an automatic way within the continuous production cycle.

The installation includes all mechanical and electrical protections to be integrated into the factory’s security plan.

The Robot cell is designed to be integrated into the factory’s PLC network to work on an automatic way with remote access.

HOT CASTING PIPE Marker

SMARKTEC Hot Centrifugal Casting Pipe Marker is intended to mark OCR characters on the Hot ductile pipes as they leave the centrifugal casting using REA JET paint & Spray technology.
