Step #1 & #2 : (Instructions For Single Hung Swinging Doors) Frame the Rough Opening to be 1 ½” more than the Door Height and 1 ¼” more than the Door Width. Make sure everything is Square & Plumb. The Header Frame; Two Side Frames and Door are Factory Assembled. Place the Door; Door Frame Header & Two Sides in the Rough Opening. Make sure the Header is Level.

Step #1 & #2: (Instructions For Single Hung Swinging Doors)

Frame the Rough Opening to be 1 ½” more than the Door Height and 1 ¼” more

than the Door Width. Make sure everything is Square & Plumb.

The Header Frame; Two Side Frames and Door are Factory Assembled. Place the

Door; Door Frame Header & Two Sides in the Rough Opening. Make sure the

Header is Level.

the #14 x 1” Tek Screws every 24”.

Hinges are Factory Mounted to both Door Frame and Door with Rivets and #8 x

½” Pan Head Screws. The Hinge Pins have been Factory Connected to the Door

Hinge and Frame Hinge. The Door should have ¼ “clearance between Door and

Door Frame. Use #20 x 2” Round Head Screws where Rivet is missing in Door

Frame Hinges. It will be necessary to use appropriate Shims.

Install Bottom Door Sweep onto the Outside of the Bottom of the Door with #8 x

½” Pan Head Screws provided. Door Sweep is Pre-Punched.

Mount Interior Chain Stop as Follows:

* Fasten Bracket to Frame End with (2) #10 x ¾” Tek Screws onto Angle Piece

Welded on Frame.

* Place other Bracket End on the Inside & Top of Door and mark at the point

where Interior Chain is Taut, and Door Stands Open @ 90 Degrees. Then fasten

with (2) #10 x ¾” Tek Screws provided.

& Door Frame. Mount Latch Handle with Keyed Entry Lockset on the Outside.

Fasten the #8 x ½” Pan Head Screw through the Alum. Frame and into the factory

Mounted Alum. Angle (as shown above) to secure Header Frame and Side Frames

Together. One Screw per Corner.
