Step1- At the first step, you have to close each program or files that are open on your Acer laptop, including any
firewall or anti-virus software. For that, you need to right click on your antivirus tool’s system tray icon and then
choose "Exit" to close it.
Step2- Thereafter, accesses the window “Start” menu and then
find “All Program” folder. Now go down and click on the “Acer”
Folder.
