Would you enjoy saving money on flowers and gifts and also get a bouquet of flowers each month? The

8th grade youth and Jenny Angus are selling fund raising cards for Everts Flowers in Ames, at just $20 each!!! This is a wonderful way to save and give at the same time. If you would like to purchase your card, or learn more of how it works, please contact Jenny Angus or see an 8th grader or older youth at St. Patrick’s.

The Tabernacle candles for June and July have been purchased with funds given in Chris Fedler’s memory. St. Patrick is grateful for this expression of generosity and kindness.

More has been done at St. Mary Rectory! The new siding and gutters have been installed and everything is really looking very nice! Please stop to take a look when

you are out and about!

Stewardship: Budget $390. Your continued support and generosity are greatly appreciated!

FROM THE PASTOR:

For those of you who were not at any of last weekend's Masses and, therefore, missed hearing the announcement concerning a bulletin item, I wish to clarify things once again. You may have read a notice in last week's bulletin stating that there would be an important Cluster-wide meeting on June 26 and all were encouraged to attend. But there is no Cluster-wide meeting scheduled for June 26 or on any other date, for that matter. Due to miscommunication, that notice was erroneously printed in the bulletin. I apologize for any confusion this may have caused. Again, just so everyone knows,

THERE IS NO CLUSTER MEETING OF ALL PARISHIONERS ON JUNE 26.

Father Rick Dagit

CHOIR PRACTICE: Our next practice will be Wednesday, June 27th at 7:00. “Therefore I will give thanks to you O Lord…and sing praises to Your name.” – 2 Samuel 22:50

JACKIE PICKLES and her family are very grateful for the outpouring of prayer and support they are receiving. Jackie has moved to the On With Life

Her address is: Jackie Pickles, On With Life at Ankeny, 715 SW Ankeny Rd, Ankeny, IA 50023. “I said a prayer of healing for you – body, mind and soul. That God would bring you comfort to restore and make you whole. I prayed you’d be surrounded by His awesome love and healing, dispelling all anxiety or pain you might be feeling. Finally, I prayed you’d be uplifted by His Grace, and feel yourself enfolded in the peace of His embrace.” -Lisa O. Englehardt

CHRIST OUR LIFE CATHOLIC CONFERENCE TESTIMONIALS:

Mark your calendars for The Christ Our Life Catholic Regional Conference which will take place September 29TH & 30TH at Wells Fargo Arena in Des Moines. If you have attended a previous Christ Our Life Conference then you already know what a wonderful experience it is! If you haven’t been able to make it before I urge you to make attending this year’s event a priority. Have you wondered what people who have attended have to say about the Conference? Here are a few testimonials: “Attending the Conference is like being one of the 5000 that Jesus spoke to on The Sermon of the Mount.” “The speakers were powerful, the music was

moving and the Masses and Adoration were like nothing I’ve ever experienced! Everyone needs to attend this amazing Conference!” “I am not Catholic but strongly considering becoming Catholic. This Conference helped me cinch the deal!” “I had been feeling for a while that my faith was becoming lackluster…that something was missing. The COL Conference was exactly what I needed to get my heart and soul fired up again!” “I will never be the same.” What will your testimonial be? Come to one of the largest Catholic conferences of its kind and see what all the excitement is about! Go to www.christourlifeiowa.com for details and watch the bulletin for more information!
