Ready to Bake Baking Instructions

Fully-Baked Baking Instructions

Ready to Prove products simply mean we give you the opportunity to own more of the baking process, by removing some steps on our end. We highly recommend the use of a prover for perfection before you bake this product.

Ready to Bake is perfect for those wanting the alluring aromas of baked croissants wafting throughout their premises. Pre-proved and ready for the oven, add your own colour and serve.

Fully-Baked is for those who believe simplicity is master. Fully-baked and frozen, you can either defrost at room temperature then serve, or place in the oven for the heat to flow through it, then serve. The choice is yours.

This croissant is already baked and recommend the following options for serving;

1. Remove croissant from plastic bag and place on the tray with a 10cm gap between each croissant2. Defrost at room temperature at 25C for approx. 1hr to soften the croissant.3. Place tray in proving unit at 26-28C and 75-80% humidity for 60-90 mins, depending on preferred size.4. Preheat oven to 180C ready for baking to commence. i. Bake croissant for 12-15mins, depending on oven type and colour preferred.
