WELCOME LETTER!!!

Let me start first by simply saying thank-you, and congratulations to you for choosing MVP Home

Solutions, LLC (MVP) to handle t h e Foreclosure of your Mortgage Loan through ouradministration &L e g a l t e a m . The news is full of wrongful foreclosure stories about homeownersbeing victimized by their lenders. We speak to people every day who think that their lender is workingon a loan modification or short sale only to find out differently and lose their home to foreclosure.Statistics prove less than 5% of loan modifications get approved. Let’s face it, the banks are not yourfriend. They are trying to foreclosure on you and take your home. If not, why would you be facingforeclosure when they told you they would help? They are out for themselves and will say or doanything to collect a debt along with their late fees or take your home through foreclosure. We see it alltoo often that homeowners think the bank will modify their loan or approve a short sale only to find outthey are days away from being homeless. Homeowners who make trial modification payments only tobe later denied a loan modification. Honestly if you are underwater over 20%, do you really want a loanmodification anyway?

MVP would like to assure you that our team will commit to doing everything in our power to help youavoid the potential loss of your home. The facts are clear, due to the implosion of the mortgagemarkets, there is no longer a HIGH LTV LOW DOCUMENTATION LOAN PRODUCT available bylenders anywhere! As a result, this leaves over (3) million homeowners just like you trapped! Manyhomeowners now find themselves in “upside down”  loans. This means that the property is worth lessthan the amount owed. For those who cannot qualify for a loan modification, selling your home is notthe best option and it is nearly impossible to traditionally sell your home when facing this situation. There is another alternative rather than walking away from your home. If you sell your home your

lender may still hold you responsible for the balance of your mortgage loan. Then this becomes anissue with the IRS. We say it’s time for homeowners to FIGHT BACK.

What is the Stop The Sheriff Sale program? (STSS)

The STSS is a process used when you have an upcoming Sher i f f o r trustee sale date. The STSS offerstrustee auction date delay in all non-judicial foreclosure states and auction delay in judicial foreclosurestates. Lenders and Mortgage Servicers do not have the capacity to effectively ensure that they are incompliance with foreclosure laws and statues. Often times, lenders employ a “third party”  Trustee Companyor Attorney to administer the foreclosure process on behalf of the lender; consequently transferring the liabilityto the Trustee or Attorney for any violations of foreclosure laws and/or statutes. After exhausting every optionyou’ve  probably found yourself scrambling to make your sale date go away. Now, you’re  either months odays away from your sale date and don’t  know what to do. We have the answer. Through variousmethods specific to your situation we can possibly postpone your sale for up to 40 months. We do thiswithout filing bankruptcy and without expensive attorneys.

If your goal is to remain in your home this may be the perfect opportunity to increase your chances. Bankswon’t  even talk to you regarding a modification or short sale if your sale date is too close. To this end, it’simportant to gain the added advantage of up to 40 months before your next sale date in order to pursue otheroptions. In the event the trustee sale postponement is denied for any reason, the client will automatically beenrolled into the eviction delay / sale reversal request process.

Our Goal is to help hom eowners receive a resolution as wel l as rel ief and regain of peace of m ind.
