10 KM from world famous Shakti Temple of divine mother of CHHINA MASTIKA in theRamgarh district of Jharkhand state. This college is situated behind the Govt. K. B. High
School, Lari, Ramgarh It is in the lap of greenery environment, away from humdrum and noisymilieu of the earth. Any Vehicle makes easy access to the institute which is on the Ramgarh-
Bokaro Road. This centre is fast developing with its learning outcomes. It is owned andmanaged by JAN AKANKSHA, A Charitable Society. Reg. No. Under Societies Reg. Act.
21,1860, Reg. No. 1170/2009-10. The Society mainly considers the educational needs of localpopulation and constituted an educational society devoted to tribals, marginalized, weaker

The college aimsto make the students to illumine the world and dispel all sorts of darkness around them.The quest for excellence is highlighted in the vision and mission of the institution. The
vision of the college is “To bring out the best in man by providing value based, needbased and career oriented education and create self-reliant Global Citizen.” The college
strives to develop itself into a world-class centre of Teacher Education with a difference.This institution offers a wide range of programmes, which help to develop intellectuallycompetent, morally upright, psychologically integrated and socially committed teachers
for service in the emerging world scenario of education. The teaching, research,extension service and consultancy provided in the college aims to generate a new workculture for improving the practices of education. The institution utilizes all the available
resources for experimentation and innovation, which lend a hand in achieving andsustaining excellence in teacher education. The College is a co-educational institution
