More in-depth skills, training tips, and how-to’s . . .

Plus more!

The SinaTirsiaWali Kali system

cannot emphasize more the

importance of the “footwork” in any

skill that is taught to you by

certified instructors. The best way

not to get hit is not to be there.

This is the primary defense of the

STW practitioner. Do not use the

hands or feet and your primary

defense. If time is an issue with

practicing, then practice footwork

more often. When utilizing your

footwork, always maintain 2nd

level.

This level will allow you to propel

your footwork defensively.
