The below are the amendments as regards after-sales support network and price revisions. Please note there is no changes in the Car-O-Liner approved models & specifications. 1. Prices indicated are the Maximum Indicated Price (MIP) as confirmed by the Supplier to M&M during the discussions. (M&M dealers are at their liberty to negotiate a competitive price without reducing the scope of supply.)
2. Prices include all except Sales Tax/VAT , other Govt taxes, Octroi and freight. 3. Warranty is for a period of 12 Months from installation 4. Training will be provided by the Supplier – onsite and at their training centers 5. Vehicle Data sheet will be provided on FOC basis during the first year. Data CD will contain data of all
makes/brands of cars 6. Suitable AMC to be negotiated with the supplier 7. Please provide feedback on the performance of the supplier – Purchase experience, Product Performance,
After sales service & training Quality. This will help us during our interactions with the supplier for additional/new equipments.
