NOTES: F1 OPEN CB REPEAT RELAY

1. THE CAPACITOR BANK INTERLOCK SOLENOID MUST BE ENERGISED FROM A NORMALLY CLOSED CONTACT OF THE FEEDER CB, TO ALLOW THE KEY TO BE REMOVED, WHICH IS NEEDED TO PERMIT THE OPENING OPERATION OF THE CAPACITOR BANK ISOLATOR. THE REMOVAL OF THE KEY BREAKS THE FEEDER CB's CLOSING SOLENOID CIRCUIT & BLOCKS RECLOSE. REFER MANUFACTURER'S DRAWINGS FOR ACCESS INSTRUCTIONS TO CAPACITOR BANK.

2. AFTER ANY TRIP EVENT, THE -J11 FEEDER MANAGEMENT RELAY BLOCKS THE CB CLOSE CIRCUIT FOR 5 MINUTES TO ALLOW CAPACITOR DISCHARGE.

3. THE NORMAL OPERATION OF STAGE 2 CIRCUIT BREAKER ,MX01-Q10 IS BY RTU AUTOMAT[( VAR CONTROL. LOCAL CONTROL IS AVAILABLE FOR MAINTENANCE. NO REMOTE FEEDER PANEL CONTROL HAS BEEN PROVIDED.

4. IF THE UP LINE CB IS TRIPPED, THE RTU WILL OPEN ~MX01-Q10 AUTOMATICALLY, AND THEN RESET TO ITS DEFAULT STATE.
