ConclusionWhat vacant land locations are most suitable to match the locational preferences of young urban professionals for residence in Heijmans One houses?

The most suitable vacant land lies in the ‘West’ district, near the city centre. Highly suitable locations are located in Amsterdam South Due to high accessibility towards facilities, a favourable composition

of population and high public safety

Confirmed literature that the technical sub group has a higher preference for suburban locations

Created a useful decision support tool for modelling residential suitability for young urban professionals
