INGOLAM is one of the core program/initiative of the

TNW. The institute is working on the development of

organizational capacity and individuals of NGO sector.

INGOLAM has already delivered number of trainings on

different areas of need of NGO sector including social

mobilization, project proposal development, fundraising, use

of social media, poverty alleviation, project management, youth social entrepreneurship, disaster

management etc. Services of quality and seasoned trainers/facilitators are available to INGOLAM

who has capacity strengthen the organizations and groom the professionals to enhance their output

for ultimate benefit of their target communities.

INGOLAM designed it Summer Training Programme for the Internee of TNW under Pakistan Youth

programme and also offer the training programme to Students and novice professionals of NGOs.

These are short Training courses consisting 4 Training Modules i.e.

1. People soft Skills

2. Employment & Micro Enterprise Development

3. Role of NGO & {Participatory Development

4. Capacity Development

Summer Training programme was consisted of 32 Training sessions and was delivered in 16 working

days (spread over 4 weeks). Every week a training module was delivered. Keeping in view the on job

professionals the training timing was 02:00 PM to 06:00 PM.

Following organizations’’ staff were participated in the training.

The trainees were served with the training stationery, all training material was emailed to them and

also high tea was provided in the training breaks.

Development sector & general management Professional with an eminent track record of 34 years Pioneered

micro finance in Pakistan. Actively engaged in the Programmes & projects of high magnitude pertaining to

start-up, management evaluation, capacity building, change initiation & management, hiring & resource

deployment

Take pride in professional development of more than 40000 people across different management cardes and

grades. Served a number of policy consulting working gorups in many policy areas like micro finance, NGO’s

regulation bill, poverty alleviation, education etc.
