Marcus AmphitheaterReserved seat tickets for Marcus Amphitheater shows during Summerfest include admission to the festival. For select shows, a limited number of free bar-coded wristbands for general admission lawn access will be available in the Marcus Amphitheater Forecourt the day of the performance from Noon – 5:00 pm, on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last. Patrons must first obtain admission to Summerfest before receiving a free Marcus Amphitheater wristband or attending the show.

BMO Harris PavilionBlue Circle Seat Passes for BMO Harris Pavilion shows during Summerfest do not include admission to the festival. Patrons must first obtain admission to Summerfest before attending the show. Blue Circle Seat Passes are valid after 7:30 pm for each opening act and headlining show during Summerfest. Blue Circle Seat Passes are free at the Summerfest Box Office and also available at Ticketmaster.com and Ticketmaster outlets for free, however there is a convenience fee of $3.00/pass. Maximum four (4) passes per order.

Exit & Re-entry Policy: Wristbands to leave and re-enter the festival are available at all gate areas from Noon until 6:30 pm daily. Re-entry wristbands will be valid for a single, same day re-entry until 7:00 pm. No re-entry wristbands will be issued after 6:30 pm and there are no re-entries after 7:00 pm. Additionally, no wristbands for re-entry will be issued on Sunday, July 8, 2012.

Notice on Counterfeit Tickets: Summerfest strongly urges all patrons to avoid purchasing tickets on the street from unauthorized sources, as the tickets may be counterfeit. For your own protection, tickets should only be purchased at the Summerfest ticket booths, Summerfest.com or Ticketmaster. Counterfeit tickets and tickets purchased from unauthorized sources will not be honored.

PARKING Parking lots open daily at 9:00 am. Preferred Parking is only $20 and Exclusive Parking is only $35. All parking is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Pre-paid parking passes for specific dates during Summerfest may be purchased online, at the Summerfest Box Office and via phone.

UB the Band! • June 27 – July 1 and July 5 - 8Hey kids, want to be a “real” Rock Star? Now’s your chance to shine! UB the Band brings all the gear, including colorful drum sets for ages 2 – adult, awesome character and special guitars complete with wireless microphones, stage monitors, real stage lighting and all the trimmings. No experience necessary!

F.I.R.S.T. Robotics Kids of all ages can take the controls of miniature remote controlled robots. The robots are built by teenage members of Charger Robotics Team 537 from Hamilton High School in Sussex, WI. Team members will be on site every day and there will also be a multi-school robotics competition at the Uline SportsZone on June 30 from Noon – 5:00 pm.

Downtown Park & Shuttle Program to SummerfestDowntown Shuttle Buses run every 7 to 10 minutes from 11:30 am to 12:30 am during Summerfest. Buses operate in both directions along Wisconsin Avenue, except where the bus detours along Michigan Street during the Milwaukee River Bridge construction. When traveling to Summerfest, the Shuttle stops between N. James Lovell Street and N. Jackson Street, then proceeds directly to the North Gate. Stops are made at all bus stops marked with the Summerfest smile logo. Roundtrip fare is $3 for adults and $1.50 for children (ages 6-11), seniors (65 & over) and persons with disabilities with proper I.D. Children under 6 ride free when accompanied by an adult. WISCONSIN COACH LINES / COACH USA MILWAUKEE Waukesha ServiceThe shuttle originates from the Nagawaukee Park-Ride in Delafield (Hwy 83 and I-94). Other pick-ups include the Meadowbrook Park-Ride lot (I-94 & County Highway G), and Goerke’s Corners Park-Ride lot (I-94 and Barker Road). The shuttle drop-off and pick-up at Summerfest is located west of the Mid Gate on Chicago Street. OZAUKEE COUNTY EXPRESSOperated by Milwaukee County Transit System, Ozaukee County Express provides half-hour service from 11:30 am to 12:30 am each day, starting at the Saukville Walmart (Hwy 33/Green Bay Ave.). The bus will depart 13 minutes later from the Target/Home Depot (Hwy 60) in Grafton. On weekdays and Saturdays from 5:00 to 9:00 pm, and Sundays from 1:00 to 6:00 pm, service increases to every 15 minutes. Fare is $6.50 in cash round-trip for adults and $3 round-trip for children (6-11), seniors (65 and older) and persons with disabilities with proper I.D. WASHINGTON COUNTY GO RITEWAY SUMMERFEST SHUTTLE Park your car for FREE, relax and ride GO Riteway’s shuttle to Summerfest from three convenient locations in Washington County: the Washington County Fair Park, Highway 45 and Pleasant Valley Road; the Richfield Park- Ride, Highway 41 and Pioneer Road and the Life Church parking lot, in Germantown Center, Mequon Road and Squire Drive. Daily round-trip service is offered throughout the day from each location beginning at 11:00 am from Washington County Fair Park; 11:30 am from the Richfield Park n Ride and 11:30 am from the Life Church parking lot in Germantown. Return service from Summerfest is offered hourly from 4:00 pm with the final bus departing Summerfest at 12:30 am. GO Riteway’s shuttle drop off and pickup location at Summerfest is the North Gate. WALWORTH / JEFFERSON / DODGE COUNTY AREA SUMMERFEST SHUTTLEHodge Williams Companies, also known as gohodge.com, offers shuttle service via a 44 passenger bus from specific locations in areas such as Whitewater, Jefferson, Johnson Creek, Beaver Damn, Oconomowoc and Delafiled. EAST SIDE SHUTTLE TO SUMMERFESTRide FREE to Summerfest! Access for People with Disabilities: For complete information on accessibility on the grounds, a free brochure is available at all information booths on the festival grounds, the Summerfest Box Office and at the NSCIA Respite Pavilion or visit our website at Summerfest.com.

Facility Access: Accessible picnic tables, drinking fountains and accessible restrooms are located throughout the grounds and in the Marcus Amphitheater. Accessible seating is also available at the Marcus Amphitheater and at all stage areas on a first-come, first-served basis. The First Aid Building pay phone includes a TTY option.

Accessible Parking: Spaces are available in Lots G & H. Vehicles must have appropriate plates or permits to park in accessible spaces. All parking is on a first-come, first-served basis.

National Spinal Cord Injury Association Respite Pavilion: Located south of the Miller Lite Oasis, this facility is specifically designed for the comfort of our patrons who have a disability or a unique need. The pavilion includes a fully accessible shower and restroom facilities, air-conditioned rest area and an outdoor observation deck.

Summerfest Courtesy Vest Program: Program volunteers will be stationed at the Mid Gate and throughout the festival grounds to provide staff volunteer support and to promote the programs and services available to people with disabilities.

Lost & Found: The City of Milwaukee Police Department provides police services and staff for the Lost & Found, located south of the Harley-Davidson® Roadhouse.

Lost Children’s Area: There is a designated area near the Mid Gate for children who become separated from their parents. Children are brought to this secure area and checked in by a member of the Summerfest staff. In addition, identification wristbands are available at all gates for parents to write down emergency contact information. Sponsored by Columbia St. Mary’s. Adults that become separated from their group should use the Official Summerfest Meeting Place “Meet me at the fountain!” located near the Mid Gate.

Motorcycle Parking: Free motorcycle parking near the Mid Gate, sponsored by Harley-Davidson®, on a first-come, first-served basis.

Parking: Available at nearby lots at rates posted.

Police: The City of Milwaukee Police Department provides police services.

Restrooms: Restroom areas are conveniently located throughout the grounds.

Strollers & Wheelchairs: Limited rentals available at the North, Mid and South Gates (with proper identification).

Sundries & Notions: Gum, film, cigarettes, suntan lotion and more are available for purchase.

Taxi Stands: During Summerfest only, standard taxi service is available outside the South Gate two blocks west on Jackson Street, one block west of the Mid Gate on Chicago Street at Jackson and one block north of the North Gate on Michigan.

Entrance to the festival grounds is at your own risk. Milwaukee World Festival, Inc. (MWF), a not-for-profit corporation, is immune from liability for injuries to persons or property at or on the Henry Maier Festival Park (the “Site”) pursuant to Wisconsin Statute 895.52.

Admission Tickets are valid for one day only. Not for sale or resale. No Refunds. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be lost, stolen, or counterfeit tickets and if so are void. MWF reserves the right to deny admission or eject any person violating MWF’s rules, local, state, or federal laws or whose conduct is deemed illegal, disorderly or offensive by management.

Persons entering the Site hereby consent to having their names, images and/or likeness, writing, biographical information or recordings of their voices captured or reproduced in any medium, forever and throughout the world, for editorial, educational, promotional, publicity, advertising or any other purpose by MWF, or its affiliates, respective successors and assigns, contractors, partners or the media.

Performers, programs, dates and times are subject to change without notice. MWF reserves the right to limit access to any stage to prevent hazardous overcrowding. Sale or distribution of any materials without the written consent of MWF could result in ejection or arrest. Audio and/or video recording is prohibited on the Site unless approved in writing by artists’ management and MWF.

Persons entering the Site may be subjected to search for illegal or unauthorized items which are expressly forbidden on the Site and subject to confiscation. Illegal or unauthorized items include, but are not limited to: backpacks, large bags, other carry-ins, outside food or beverages, glasses, cans or bottles, alcoholic beverages, pets, video equipment, recording devices, laser pointers, lawn chairs, skateboards, inline skates, wagons, kites, Frisbees, weapons or objects that could be used as weapons, illegal drugs, any holder such as a cooler, picnic basket or tote bag that is used to carry receptacles containing food or beverages.

Notice: Pursuant to Wisconsin Statute 943.13(1m) (c) 3, individuals may not enter or remain at Henry Maier Festival Park while carrying a firearm, at any “Special Event”. A “Special Event” is defined in Wisconsin Statute 943.13 (1e) (h). Special Events include, but are not limited to, Summerfest, PrideFest, Polish Fest, Festa Italiana, German Fest, African World Festival, Warped Tour, Arab World Festival, Irish Fest, Mexican Fiesta, Indian Summer, Marcus Amphitheater concerts, BMO Harris Pavilion concerts, and other events, as posted at entrances to Henry Maier Festival Park.

The following additional items are not permitted in the Marcus Amphitheater: strollers, umbrellas, professional grade cameras and video equipment, unless the headline performer has authorized.
