Summerfest Box Office Hours:10:00 am – 6:00 pm, Monday – FridayThe Box Office is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, unless there is an event or on-sale that day. Marcus AmphitheaterReserved seat tickets for Marcus Amphitheater shows during Summerfest include admission to the festival. For select shows, a limited number of free bar-coded wristbands for general admission lawn access will be available in the Marcus Amphitheater Forecourt the day of the performance from Noon – 5:00 pm, on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last. Patrons must first obtain admission to Summerfest before receiving a free Marcus Amphitheater wristband or attending the show.

BMO Harris PavilionBlue Circle Seat Passes for BMO Harris Pavilion shows during Summerfest do not include admission to the festival. Patrons must first obtain admission to Summerfest before attending the show. Blue Circle Seat Passes are valid after 7:30 pm for each opening act and headlining show during Summerfest. Blue Circle Seat Passes are free at the Summerfest Box Office and also available at Ticketmaster.com and Ticketmaster outlets for free, however there is a convenience fee of $3.00/pass. Maximum four (4) passes per order.

ADMISSION Prices below apply beginning June 1. Visit Summerfest.com before June 1 to purchase discounted Weekday and General Admission tickets.

Exit & Re-entry Policy: Wristbands to leave and re-enter the festival are available at all gate areas from Noon until 6:30 pm daily. Re-entry wristbands will be valid for a single, same day re-entry until 7:00 pm. No re-entry wristbands will be issued after 6:30 pm and there are no re-entries after 7:00 pm. Additionally, no wristbands for re-entry will be issued on Sunday, July 8, 2012.

Notice on Counterfeit Tickets: Summerfest strongly urges all patrons to avoid purchasing tickets on the street from unauthorized sources, as the tickets may be counterfeit. For your own protection, tickets should only be purchased at the Summerfest ticket booths, Summerfest.com or Ticketmaster. Counterfeit tickets and tickets purchased from unauthorized sources will not be honored.

PARKING Parking lots open daily at 9:00 am. Preferred Parking is only $20 and Exclusive Parking is only $35. All parking is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Pre-paid parking passes for specific dates during Summerfest may be purchased online, at the Summerfest Box Office and via phone.

All exchanges, unless otherwise stated, will take place at the Mid Gate Promotions Booth located across the street from the Summerfest Mid Gate, at Harbor Drive and Chicago Street. Gate Giveaways get you cool swag! The first 5,000 patrons that enter the Summerfest gates on select days and times will receive a complimentary item as added value. All Gate Giveaway items are distributed while supplies last.

FAMILY ACTIVITIES

TARGET KIDS ACTIVITY TENTOpen daily, 12:00 – 5:00 pm, kids of all ages will enjoy the following activities presented by Target:

UB the Band! • June 27 – July 1 and July 5 - 8Hey kids, want to be a “real” Rock Star? Now’s your chance to shine! UB the Band brings all the gear, including colorful drum sets for ages 2 – adult, awesome character and special guitars complete with wireless microphones, stage monitors, real stage lighting and all the trimmings. No experience necessary!

F.I.R.S.T. Robotics Kids of all ages can take the controls of miniature remote controlled robots. The robots are built by teenage members of Charger Robotics Team 537 from Hamilton High School in Sussex, WI. Team members will be on site every day and there will also be a multi-school robotics competition at the Uline SportsZone on June 30 from Noon – 5:00 pm.

Downtown Park & Shuttle Program to SummerfestDowntown Shuttle Buses run every 7 to 10 minutes from 11:30 am to 12:30 am during Summerfest. Buses operate in both directions along Wisconsin Avenue, except where the bus detours along Michigan Street during the Milwaukee River Bridge construction. When traveling to Summerfest, the Shuttle stops between N. James Lovell Street and N. Jackson Street, then proceeds directly to the North Gate. Stops are made at all bus stops marked with the Summerfest smile logo. Entrance to the festival grounds is at your own risk. Milwaukee World Festival, Inc. (MWF), a not-for-profit corporation, is immune from liability for injuries to persons or property at or on the Henry Maier Festival Park (the “Site”) pursuant to Wisconsin Statute 895.52.

Admission Tickets are valid for one day only. Not for sale or resale. No Refunds. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be lost, stolen, or counterfeit tickets and if so are void.
