Our New FormatWelcome to the new format of our rental catalog! You’ll notice this sleek trimmed down version
gives you just the right amount of detail to whet your appetite for your next Outer Banks vacation
and encourage you to visit our website to reserve your special beach home today. We’ve found
that our resources, time and energy are best spent on providing the richest content possible
and up to the minute information on our website. For years after producing our typically large
annual brochure, immediately the information contained within was stale…photos, pricing and
details always seems to change. This new design helps us to better engage our customers with
our website where you can easily search availability and only see the homes that meet your
family’s needs, not sift through pages and pages of homes that are not relevant looking for just
that one special home. In addition, we’re happy to be reducing our impact on the environment
by printing less pages and having less of a chance of this ending up discarded and in a landfill
somewhere. Thank you for your support of our effort. You’ll notice we’ve also categorized our
vacation homes in 4 main groupings: Sun Select Luxury, Southern Comfort, Beach Classics
and Beach Condos, making your search even easier, and ensuring your expectations are met.

other buildable lot or road is between you and
the beach. This may or may not have an ocean
view or protective dune. Distance to the ocean
and views from each unit varies.
2. Semi Oceanfront A property located
one lot back from oceanfront. May or may not
have a road to cross. Distance to ocean and
views vary from property to property.
3. Oceanside Those properties east of NC 12
with one or more properties between you and
the ocean. The distance back from the beach
will be listed in the unit description. These
cottages may or may not have an oceanview.
(For Southern Shores this would be east of
Ocean Blvd.)
4. Semi Of/Bch Rd The area from Kitty
Hawk through South Nags Head which is
on the west side of NC 12 with no cottages
between NC 12 and the property. This type of
property may or may not have direct beach
access. Distance to beach, views and number
of properties between property and ocean
vary. (For South Nags Head properties are west
of Old Oregon Inlet Road.)
5. Beach Road A property west of Hwy.
