T he Bride Guide!A Summary of Practical Information

SELECTING YOUR DESTINATION

Your destination choice should reflect not only yourpersonal desires and preferences, but those attributesthat also make it the best location for your guests.You’ll want to make it easy for them to say “yes” toyour invitation.

The rule of thumb is to select three destinations that fityour plans. If friends and family are huge Puerto Vallartaor Los Cabos fans, or just love Jamaica or Cuba, yourdecision is immediately easier. Due diligence alsoplays a big role. If you and your guests are golfers,divers, shoppers, club fans and/or soft adventuretravellers, undertake research on links, dive and snorkelsites, best shopping, nightlife and destination thrills andchills within the three destinations under consideration.

The destination that meets the greatest level of “musthaves, really wants, and absolutely perfects” deservesthe nod.

SELECTING YOUR RESORT

Sunquest’s Wedding Guide and Sun brochures aregood places to start. Consider the following:

Is a small and elegant resort your personal preferenceor is your group all about big, splashy mega resorts?How many guests are you anticipating? If children arenot a factor, you might prefer an adults-only property.If kids are involved, check into babysitting services,kid’s clubs and activities. Friends with varying pocket-books always appreciate a variety in accommodationstyles and prices. Build your list of “must haves andreally wants” and once you begin to narrow yourchoice, ensure your chosen wedding date is availableat the resorts on the short list!

The Reception Dinner can be pre-planned based onmenus and venues provided by your WeddingCoordinator. Speeches are a consideration if youare in a semi-private dining room. Inquire about apost-dinner venue where the hotel sets up celebratorybeverages and speeches are then delivered.

Number of weddings. Some resorts schedule amaximum number of weddings per day; three forexample. Some have one. This will depend upon thedestination, the number of guests and the season.Weddings are also performed during specific periodsof the day and evening, and resorts have maximumguest capacities. All excellent reasons for planning asfar ahead as you can.

Ceremony locations. In general weddings are held inon-property chapels, beautiful seafront gazebos,terraces, or of course the beach itself. Occasionallythe size of your wedding will dictate the location andthe style of decoration provided.

Day passes. Wedding guests usually stay at the sameresort as the bridal couple, however, they may alsochoose to stay elsewhere. In this instance, hotels mayrequire non-resident guests to purchase a resort daypass to attend the ceremony and festivities. When itcomes to free weddings, some hotels stipulate thatyou must have a certain percentage of the guestsattending your wedding accommodated at the resortwhere your wedding is to take place. All worthchecking into.

CHOICE IN CEREMONIES

Civil wedding, religious wedding, symbolic wedding,renewal of vows. Requirements regarding types ofceremonies vary between destinations. In somecases, they are very few, in others, several. All caneasily be managed through a conversation on yourchoice of ceremony with the on-site Wedding Coordi-nator. Some couples choose to marry in Canada andthen head to the sun for a “symbolic” event with all theceremonial bells and whistles just for the pure joy ofthe destination wedding experience.

It is important that you are clear on the weddingservice you are requesting and that the information youhave is the most current. Your Wedding Coordinatorcan provide details.

BUDGETING

Be thorough and be thoughtful about exactly howmuch you wish to spend before you begin seriousplanning. Factor funds for unexpected possibilities,opportunities, and contingencies.

The list of frills to be added to your wedding isextensive at most resorts (bands, dance floors,horses and carriages, high-end champagnesand so forth). In most cases, the cost won’tbreak the bank but keep a steady hand onthe helm to avoid any financial surprises.

With such affordability available throughoutMexico and the Caribbean, youmay choose to cover the travelcosts of your bridesmaids andgroomsmen, or perhaps for otherimportant guests who otherwisecould not make the trip.

Be clear to guests about what youwill pay for (much less a concernwhen staying at a Sunquest all-inclusive resort). Tell bridesmaids,groomsmen, and parents of anyflower children whether you’recovering wedding party travel(and any other expenses) at thetime you invite them to participate.

DOCUMENTATION

Documentation requirements varyby destination as does the periodof time you need to be in the desti-nation prior to your wedding (timingcan also depend upon the type ofceremony chosen). Ask yourWedding Coordinator for guidanceand start the process of gathering therequired documentation early.

WEDDING COORDINATORS

We cannot over-emphasize the value of havingan on-site Wedding Coordinator. Stressis less when a knowledgeable destinationprofessional manages your event. Be preparedwith queries when you make your initial contact.Build a comprehensive list of questions andprovide your wedding date, anticipated guestcount, a clear idea of the event you seek, andyour most realistic budget estimate. Ask aboutspecial services – for example does the resortprovide a private website so that friends whoare unable to attend can watch the weddingfrom home? Ask for photos or a websiteaddress showing ceremony sites, decorations,cakes, optional add-ons etc., and stay intouch. It’s nice to already have a goodrelationship established when you get there.

THE GREEN SCENE

If protecting the environment or giving back insome way is part of your wedding theme, besure to ask your wedding coordinator whatchoices you can make to keeping things“green.” There’s some good ideas out there.

CHECK IT OUT

Consider doing a “site inspection” to check outthe resorts under consideration. Many bridalcouples plan a two-week wedding and honey-moon. They spend the week leading up to thewedding day enjoying the resort, resting andtanning, testing hairstyles, make-up,

potential excursions and meeting the WeddingCoordinator to finalize the ceremony venue,flowers, cake and any incidentals. You’ll bothbe gorgeous, cool, calm, collected when yourguests arrive!

ADVANCE PLANNING

Most experts will tell you to begin planning oneto two years prior to your wedding date. Thisis optimum, and not carved in stone. However,if there is a lot to be done, and you have veryfirm ideas on what you want, the sooner youget things under way, the better. Destinationweddings are becoming more and morepopular and the top resorts are booked wellin advance. A word to the wise.

COMMUNICATE CLEARLY WITHPOTENTIAL GUESTS

If you will not be covering the costs for yourguests, before you invite friends to stand-upfor you, speak to them regarding yourintentions and destination possibilities andfurnish estimated costs so if money is an issuethey can decline comfortably.

SEND OUT A “SAVE THE DATE”ANNOUNCEMENT

Once you’ve confirmed your date (or the weekof your wedding if you can’t be 100% specificabout the actual day) send out a Save TheDate announcement to guests to allow inviteesto plan for any expense. If it is a small, intimate

affair, a personal phone call shoulddo it. If you have details on thedestination and resort at this point,tell people a little bit about the funthat awaits them.

SEND OUT INVITATIONS 4-6MONTHS IN ADVANCE

Include the name, phone number,address and website of the travelagent who is managing your traveldetails with Sunquest and also thewebsite of your hotel. In manycases, the bridal couple set up theirown website with detailed informa-tion on the destination and itscharms along with other informationthey wish to impart.

DON’T BE DISAPPOINTED

You already know not everyone willhave the available time off work or

the funds to join you, but you can also expectto be very pleasantly surprised at the numberof friends and family who will jump right in andbe there for your great day.

AISLE STYLES

First and foremost, consider your comfort.You truly do not want to be perspiring andover-heated (dress shields are a goodidea in any event). Designs with fabricsappropriate to tropical climes are far moreavailable than in the past and are certainlyworth investigating during your search for theperfect wedding dress.

There are really no fixed rules regarding whowears what and you can dress in whateveryou like, (you’ll often see brides in elaboratewedding dresses with grooms in casual pantsand shirt). However, the rule of thumb is forthe groom’s apparel to match the bride’s style.If you plan to wear full bridal regalia with allthe trimmings, a suit or tux would be greatfor him.

Some brides plan on two outfits. A gown for theceremony and photos and something colourful,tropical and frothy for the events following.

TRASHING THE DRESS

If you are considering leaping into the surfor rolling in the sand following your nuptialsand don’t want to ruin your wedding dress,pick up a “previously loved” gown for this partof your event. Check with a dry cleaner to seeif your original dress can survive a dousing.You can stage your ‘trash the dress’ momentfor your photographer the next day if hairand make-up are important to you on yourwedding day. Have fun!

PACKING THE GOWN

Check with the airline to see if there is an areato hang your gown or whether there is a policyregarding this issue. Some brides havetheir dresses vacuum-packed to fit in theirsuitcase. Others commandeer an overheadbaggage compartment for their gown (put asign on it - Wedding Dress, Please Don’tDisturb! – and who would dare). We haveheard of the rare and very brave bride whohas couriered their dress to the resort. See ifyou can have your wedding attire pressedat the hotel (many weddings already includethis service).

PACKING FOR THE BIG DAY

Check. Check. Check. You do not want toforget your favourite earrings. Which remindsus, take extra earring backs, everything forperfect nails, fingers & toes (even withpre-wedding mani/pedis chips & problemscrop up). Take a Tide pen, a sewing kit,envelopes for tips if you are so inclined,bug spray, eye-drops for teary red eyes,peroxide for removing blood (pinprick froma boutonnière) and double-sided tapefor droopy hems.

PHOTOGRAPHY

A specific number of photos may be includedin the wedding package you select. If notincluded or you want more than what’sprovided, check out the prices for the resort’sown on-site photographer. It is not unusual forbridal couples to take their own photographerfor the occasion (check with your WeddingCoordinator if this is your plan).

MUSIC

Many hotels suggest you bring your ownCD(s) and others offer live music or iPodsound-docks. Add this to the list of questionsfor the Wedding Coordinator.

GIFTS RECEIVED IN DESTINATION

Sort this out before you go as no doubt therewill be some well-meaning souls who willarrive with a gift in tow. Send gifts home viacourier, or ask guests returning to your home-town to manage a few for you, or bring anextra bag to carry them home yourself.

GIFT BAGS TO WELCOME YOUR GUESTS

A small “goodie bag” or gift basket in eachguestroom is a lovely surprise. Perhaps aspecial tanning lotion and fragrance andalways a “welcome, and thanks for beinghere” note from both of you. Include a listof tours and experiences, or better still, acomplimentary tour as a thanks for coming(a group rate may be available for you).Wedding Coordinators have great ideasand can arrange this charming touch atmost resorts.

POINT OF VIEW

Things may not always go as quickly as youmay like. Allow for plans to be fluid as youmay find that certain components cannot befinalized until you are in the resort. That is theway it is. Be your gracious self. This is one ofthe most important days of your life.

Terms & Conditions I SUNQUESTFor purposes of these Terms & Conditions thewords “you,” “your,” “passenger” and“cardholder” refer to each person who booksor otherwise purchases or receives goods andservices arranged through Sunquest. Thewords “Sunquest,” “our” and “we” refer toThomas Cook Canada Inc., its parents,subsidiaries, affiliates and agents.

Sunquest makes arrangements with supplierswho provide travel services such as air travel,cruises, hotels, buses, sightseeing, car rentalor other activities included in your booking.The travel services are subject to the condi-tions imposed by these suppliers, and theirliability may, in turn, be limited by their tar-iffs, conditions of carriage and internationalconventions and arrangements. Sunquestdoes not own, manage, operate, or controlany vehicle, hotel, resort, cruise ship, restau-rant, or other supplier of services, and is notresponsible for their acts or omissions.Please read and ensure you understand these Terms &Conditions before booking your vacation. When you bookor otherwise receive services through Sunquest, you areaccepting and agreeing to the Terms & Conditions listedon these pages.

How To Make A Booking: Simply call or visit yourtravel agent and they will contact Sunquest for reservations.

Payment Requirements: Where a vacation isbooked 45 days or less before the departure date – fullpayment is due immediately. Otherwise, a non-refund-able deposit of $250.00 per person plus applicable in-surance is due immediately on booking and the balanceor final payment is due no less than 45 days prior to de-parture date.

The deposit is due at the time of booking and is non-re-fundable. Sunquest reserves the right to cancel a book-ing where any payment is not received within 5 days ofits due date.

Credit Cards: When a credit card is used to confirmand pay for a booking, you, the passenger, and/or thecardholder give consent to Sunquest for the card’s use.

The cancellation charge compensates Sunquest for dam-ages arising from cancellation, including, among otherthings, pre-payment made on booking of travel andother services and administration costs involved in pro-cessing a cancellation. By booking a vacation you agreethat the cancellation charge is a genuine estimate ofdamages to Sunquest of any cancellation and is not apenalty. Sunquest may arrange for the resale of any hol-idays you cancel without refund to you.

Changes to a Booking: Changes to a confirmedbooking can only be made prior to 45 days before de-parture. An administration fee of $25.00 per person plus

GST/HST will be charged for each change. You will alsobe responsible for any price increase on goods and serv-ices from the original reservation date to the date ofchange. No price adjustments shall be made if the pricefor such goods and services has decreased. If a change ismade to the room occupancy, including the addition toor reduction of the number of occupants, you will be respon-sible for any resulting increase in price. Name changerequests may be denied due to hotel policy & conditions.

Requests for changes less than 45 days before departurewill not be accepted and will make the booking subjectto full cancellation charges. Name changes or name cor-rections within this period will be treated as a cancella-tion and rebooking.

Group Bookings: Please note that cancellationcharges and change fees for groups may differ fromthose above and will be in accordance with the groupcontract terms and conditions.

Children: Unless otherwise stated, children’s pricesare restricted to those 2-11 years of age at the time ofdeparture and only when sharing a room with 2 fullpaying adults.

Infants: Passengers under the age of 2 for the dura-tion of the holiday are considered infants and will flyfree of charge (1 infant per adult allowed). A reserva-tion, however, is required for each infant. Please notethat infants are not assigned a seat and are not allottedbaggage allowance. If an infant turns 2 years of ageduring the vacation, an airline ticket must be purchasedfor his or her travel to and from the destination.

Customs & Immigration: Customs and/or immi-gration officials can deny a person entry into their coun-try at their own discretion. A previous criminal recordcould be an obstacle in international travel. Sunquestcannot be held responsible for denied entry under anycircumstances.

Documentation: It is solely your responsibility to obtain,at your own expense, all the documentation required by rel-evant government authorities for the purpose of your holi-day. This includes the documentation required by both thegovernment authorities in your holiday destination as wellas any jurisdictions which youmay transit through en routeto your holiday destination. Required documentationmayvary depending on citizenship status. Special documentationmay be required for minors travelling alone; for children whohave a different surname than the adults who accompanythem; or for single parents travelling with children. Prior todeparture, you should check with your travel agent and/orthe relevant consulate about what documentation is re-quired. A valid passport is required for most destinations.Some countries require passports to be valid for up to sixmonths beyond your return to Canada. For information onthe Canadian Government Passenger Protect program,please visit www.passengerprotect.gc.ca. Landed immi-grants without Canadian citizenship or aPermanent Resident Cardmay be denied boarding upon re-turn to Canada. In the event that a passenger does not pos-sess the documentation required by the governmentauthorities at the holiday destination, or jurisdictions tran-sited through en route to the holiday destination, or by theairline, passage or entry to the destination or transit jurisdic-tionmay be refused. If passage or entry is refused, Sunquestwill not be held liable and will not issue any refunds.

Special Requests: Sunquest cannot guaranteespecific requests such as room location, adjoiningrooms, bed preference, in-flight meal requirements,sky cots, etc. While Sunquest will attempt to adviseservice providers of such requests, it cannot be heldresponsible if such requests cannot be fulfilled or iflocal surcharges are applied.

Tickets:1) Tickets are available 30 days prior to flight departure.All tickets and vouchers are produced in electronic for-mat and will be forwarded to your travel agent.Please review for accuracy. E-documents mustbe presented along with proper identification (seesection on Documentation) at check-in for departureflight, return flight, and for other purchased servicessuch as hotel accommodations and car rentals.

2) For bookings made within 72 hours of flight depar-ture, e-tickets will be available from our representa-tive at our airport counter prior to check-in.

3) All e-tickets are valid only for the flight purchasedand cannot be exchanged for other flights ordeparture times.

4) If an e-ticket is lost in destination, there will be a$25.00 administration fee charged for a replacement.Please contact your local Sunquest representative.

Flights and Carriers: All flight times, flightitineraries, carriers and aircraft types are sub-ject to change with or without notice. The carri-ers and Sunquest also reserve the right to add en routestops. It is recommended that you contact the airlinewithin 24 hours of departure to confirm your departuretime. It is also recommended that you arrive at the air-port 3 to 4 hours prior to departure to allow sufficienttime for check-in and security clearance. Airline cut-offtimes vary between 45 and 60 minutes. Please checkwith the airline directly. You agree that Sunquest cannotbe held responsible or liable if you miss your flight or aredenied boarding. If you book air only, you must provideyour contact number at your destination to your travelagent and the local Sunquest representative so you maybe advised of any changes to your return flight. Failureto do so may result in you missing your flight and youagree that Sunquest cannot be held responsible or liablefor any resulting expenses. Carriage and service per-formed and tickets issued are subject to the terms re-ferred to on such tickets, the rules relating to liability bythe Warsaw Convention (as amended), The AthensConvention, The London Convention and The MontrealConvention and these Terms & Conditions. Sunquestmakes arrangements with Thomas Cook Canada(operated by Jazz) and Westjet. Air transportationcomplaints are solely the responsibility of the airlineconcerned. You agree that Sunquest cannot be heldresponsible or liable for expenses, lost wages or missedvacation time due to flight time changes and/or delays.

Baggage: Each passenger is entitled to carry2 standard-sized pieces of checked luggage.Weight restrictions vary from 10 to 20 kg totalper person for both pieces. There may becharges for excess baggage. Please contact theairline for more details. All baggage remains at yourown risk throughout the trip. Due to security restrictions,liquids and gels, as well as many other items, are notpermitted in carry-on luggage. Prescription medicationsshould be kept in the original container and packed incarry-on luggage. Please check with the airline prior todeparture for the most up-to-date regulations in order toavoid items being confiscated at security. In the eventthat your baggage is delayed at your destination or uponyour return home, please contact the airline representa-tive before leaving the airport. Failure to do so will inval-idate your claim. Independent contractors over which wehave no control perform baggage handling and we can-not assume responsibility for loss of, or damage to, bag-gage or other possessions. Due to the carrier’s limit ofliability, please do not check valuable items such as jew-ellery and cameras. Please also limit the valuables (in-cluding electronic equipment) you take with you onholiday and use the safety deposit boxes provided at ho-tels or on cruise ships.

Please ensure you have adequate insuranceto cover your belongings throughout yourholiday.Connecting Flights: If you have a connecting flight,you should allow ample time (minimum 3 hours orovernight) between flights. Sunquest cannot accept anyresponsibility for additional charges incurred for airfaresor other expenses due to missed flights, irregular air op-erations or flight time changes.

Local Transfers: If you have booked a package holi-day (air & hotel) the roundtrip transfers areincluded. A Sunquest Representative with a Sunquestsign will be waiting for you (with your name, bookingnumber & welcome card) to take you to your hotel. It isnot uncommon to be approached by taxi drivers misrep-resenting themselves as Sunquest to get you to buytransport to the hotel or by time share sales people of-fering you free transport or tours in exchange for your at-tendance to one of their meetings. Your transportationis already prearranged by Sunquest so please proceeddirectly to the Sunquest representative. On your return,please be ready to depart your hotel at the designatedtime indicated in the Sunquest binder/bulletin board oradvised by the Sunquest representative. There is no re-imbursement for missed transfers.

Private Transfers: Pre-arranged Private Transfers(applicable only to certain hotels) are subject to avail-ability and must be booked no less than 45 days prior todeparture in conjunction with a Sunquest hotel package.They cannot be purchased with air only or land onlyreservations. Private Transfers are pre-arranged trans-portation to/from the airport and your Sunquest hotel.Private Transfers must be booked roundtrip - one-waysare not allowed. Further information is provided on yourTransfer Voucher included with your e-tickets. On arrivalin destination, you must identify yourself to the Sun-quest Representative. For your return, you must recon-firm your pickup time with the Sunquest Representative- all times are subject to change. Missed transfers willnot be refunded and will not be replaced with othertransportation service. The type of private transportationvaries and is based on the number of persons in yourparty. Private transfers may be by taxi, car, van or minibus and this option is subject to change without notice.

Sunquest Representative & Problem Handling:After arrival, at most hotels the representative will give awelcome briefing to provide important information aboutyour travel arrangements and resort area. This service isnot provided at certain hotels such as Sandals and Su-perClubs resorts or at hotels with smaller groups of pas-sengers. In this case, passengers will be provided withour local office contact information. If you have anyquestions, queries or problems while at your destination,please contact the local representative and/or hoteldirectly. Failure to report your concerns maypreclude your right to a claim.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel your booking,you must notify your travel agent immediately. Cancellationcharges are calculated based on the date that Sunquest re-ceives notice of cancellation.

Travel Insurance: It is strongly recommended that alltravellers obtain adequate insurance coverage to protectthemselves should they be obliged to cancel a holidaydue to health problems or unforeseen circumstances. Youmay purchase such insurance from your travel agent atthe time of booking. You may also wish to purchasemedical insurance. You agree that Sunquest shall not beresponsible or liable for health problems that may ariseor become aggravated while travelling or at your desti-nation. Standards of medical care may differ from thosein Canada. Treatment may be expensive, payment in ad-vance may be required and provincial health care cover-age may be limited.

Alteration of Services: Advertised facilities may oc-casionally be modified or unavailable. We will advise youor your travel agent of any description changes, if known,prior to departure. Sometimes major changes to your hol-iday arrangements may be required due to circumstancesbeyond our control, such as hotel overbooking, unex-pected maintenance problems or due to market condi-tions. Major changes may include change of destination,change of departure or return by more than 24 hours,change of itinerary, change of hotel, ship or accommoda-tion standard. In these circumstances, Sunquest reservesthe right to substitute hotel and other arrangementsfor arrangements of comparable value without noticeor liability.

Force Majeure/Act of God: Sunquest is not respon-sible or liable for changes or cancellations made thatrelate to or arise as a result of hostilities, acts of war orthreat of war, riots, civil disturbances, terrorist activity,industrial disputes, natural and nuclear disasters, fire,epidemics or health risks, technical problems withtransport as well as flight delays due to weather or formechanical reasons, government action, closed orcongested airports or ports, supplier insolvency, govern-mental acts and other events beyond our control. TheNational Hurricane Center in Miami considers June 1st toNovember 30th inclusive Hurricane Season. This must be

Price reductions made in response to market con-ditions are offered as an incentive to new bookings only.

For Residents of the Province of Quebec: The pricefor the travel services provided hereunder may be in-creased following the imposition of a surcharge on fuelby the air carrier, or an increase in the exchange rate in-sofar as the exchange rate applicable 45 days before thedate of departure has increased by more than 5% sincethe date of this contract. If any such increase is equal toor greater than 7% of the price of the travel services,without taking into account any increase in the Quebecsales tax or federal goods and service tax, you maychoose to cancel this contract and to receive a full refundof any amounts paid. There shall be no increase in theprice of travel services within 30 days of your departuredate.

Special Needs Passengers: We welcome customerswith special needs. Any special services required such asseparate transfers must be advised to Sunquest at timeof booking so we can determine the availability and costof such services prior to confirming the booking.Although reasonable attempts will be made to providethe services requested, Sunquest does not guaranteethat the airport, transfer vehicles and/or accommoda-tions while in destination will be wheelchair accessible.Facilities for special needs passengers in hotels maybe limited.Services required for a passenger with special needs maynot be available and/or subject to local surcharges oradvance payments. Please check with your travel agentprior to booking.

Notice of Claims: You must notify Sunquest, inwriting by registered mail, of any claim youmay have, or claim to have, against Sun-quest, within 30 days from the event givingrise to the claim. Should you not file a written com-plaint with Sunquest within 30 days from the end ofyour vacation, you will be presumed to be satisfied withthe services received and to have waived any and allclaims that you may have had against Sunquest.Sunquest will not respond to any claims or demandsmade after the expiration of the 30-day delay. You maynot commence any legal proceeding against Sunquestunless you have submitted a notice as set out above.Under no circumstances shall Sunquest be liable to youfor an amount in excess of the total amount paid toSunquest for your vacation.

Air Only & Government Approval: All flights forInclusive Tour Charter (ITC) holidays and air-onlyAdvanced Booking Charter (ABC) flights are operatedpursuant to the rules of the Canadian TransportationAgency and such flights are subject to approval by theAgency on behalf of Sunquest.

Compliance: You agree to comply with any reason-able instructions issued by Sunquest or its representa-tives during your vacation.

Applicable Law: Regardless of your holiday destina-tion, any dispute between you and Sunquest shall be in-terpreted in accordance with the laws of the place ofyour departure from Canada and international conven-tions and agreements referred to herein. Notice: Noagent or representative of Sunquest or any other serviceprovider has the authority to modify or waive any provi-sion of these Terms and Conditions.

Arbitration: Any claim or dispute (including, withoutlimitation, any unresolved claims concerning any serv-

ices booked through, or provided by, Sunquest andclaims made directly by you or by anyone connected toyou or claiming through you) relating to or arising fromyour purchase of a holiday, or the goods and servicesprovided by or through Sunquest, must be decided byone arbitrator, to the exclusion of the Courts. The arbitra-tion shall be governed by the National Arbitration Rulesof the ADR Institute of Canada, Inc. or its successors or areplacement Administrator. The seat of the arbitrationshall be in the province in which you reside. The decisionof the arbitrators shall be final and binding upon theparties. The present arbitration clause applies to allclaims made as part of a class action or other represen-tative action, it being expressly understood and agreedto that the arbitration of such claims must proceed on anindividual (non-class, non-representative) basis.

The WarsawConvention, The Athens Convention, The LondonConvention and The Montreal Convention).

You agree that Sunquest shall not be responsible orliable for, and you hereby waive any claim arisingout of or relating to, any loss, damage, injury or ill-ness whether physical or mental, resulting from anydelay, substitution of equipment, or any act, omis-sion, negligence or commission of any third partysupplying any of the services or accommodationherein, its agents, servants, employees, subcontrac-tors, or for any claims for such loss, damage or in-jury, whether physical or mental, arising therefrom,or from any cause that arises by reason of actions ofparties other than Sunquest. Sunquest reserves theright to decline any passenger as a member of thesetours at any time.

Hotel Check-in & Check-out: Due to hotelhousekeeping requirements, regardless of flight times, hotelcheck-in is normally after 3:00 pm on the day of arrival.Hotel check-out time is normally 12 noon. All-inclusiveprivileges begin at check-in & end at check-out.
