The highlights of the event were a tableau on the life of Dr. Jose Rizal, interspersed with aRigodon de Honor for the Supreme Commander and the dignitaries together with the giving ofthe highest Award, the Knight Grand Cross of Rizal (KGCR) to Sir Dr. Juan Castro, KGCR,Chapter Commander of St. Louis Chapter, Missouri; and to Sir Judge Victor G. Sison, KGCR,Deputy Area Commander of Eastern USA- District 1 and Chapter Commander of the NewJersey Chapter as a fitting tribute to their exemplary and outstanding efforts to advance andpromote the Rizalian idealism of love of God, love of Country, and love of Fellowmen.
