INTRODUCTION

Sure-Flo Dewatering and Irrigation has been established in KZN since

November 1995 and has been trading as a partnership ever since.

Additional to this, the owner has accumulated 25 years experience in water

reticulation.

SERVICES:

We have for hire one of the most extensive range of pumps and pumping

equipment in the area backed by our own support service.

Our fleet contains our own product range plus other manufacturers equipment,

such as submersible’s, electro and hydraulic, air driven,

slurry auto self priming, high head and high flow pumps and trash pumps.

A Dewatering division which provides a service for both well pointing and deep

wells plus geotechnical advice when required.

De-Slugging of Digesters, Dams etc., cleaning of Sand filters, Reservoirs etc.

Experienced Technical staff is on hand to offer advice and/or site inspections if

clients experience any pumping difficulties.

Our Dust Suppression division offer design, supply and installation of systems

to suit client’s needs.

Sure-Flo also offers designs on any water related projects for example:

Dosing systems,rural development water reticulation, geo technical

,chemically treated plants for drinking water.

Sure-Flo has also been involved over the years with numerous projects in

refurbishment on pumping plants and technical advise.

WELLPOINT DEWATERING

Sure-Flo supplies and installs all types of dewatering equipment.A well point dewatering system is the most versatile form of dewatering. It is capable of dealing with very low flows from silt sands to large flows of coarse sands and gravels. The equipment consists of high impact plastic header pipes connected, via a push-fit swing connector with a control valve, to the well point. The disposable plastic well points are installed using a steel jetting tube and an 80 mm jetting pump.

The above dewatering system is well suited to lower water tables up to 6 meters. If deeper levels are required, a second stage can be installed on

the inside of the first stage.

Three units are produced, a MB GP 100,150M,200M. The pumps are of a robust construction and are used for handling a wide variety of liquids. The 60cfm and 70cfm vacuum system ensures prompt priming. Shaft sealing is via a spring loaded packing holder retaining a PTFE packing, which is easily replaceable. Materials of construction are robust and suitable for a wide range of applications. Pumps are solids handling and is capable of suction lifts of 9.1m, can also pump under snore conditions. Typical applications: Well point Dewatering, Over-pumping, Transfer, Contractors General Purpose, Sewerage handling, Water recovery, etc.
