What makes a good site?
Water – needs to be near to a source of drinking
water, but you don’t want to get flooded out!
Widowmakers – dead trees / branches that could
come down in the next storm…
Wiggiles – reduce proximity to bugs that bite or sting
Weather / Wind – protect against Hypothermia!
Wood – needed for construction and fire
What you will be expected to
