Soil mix 69% compost green waste and bark, 29% grit and 2% clay using

90,000 tons of soil and 40 acres of plants initially

• 160 year old quarry

• Irregular 16 ha crater, 30 – 70 m deep

• No flat ground, unstable slopes

• Very wet with poor drainage

• No soil

Eden’s Soil and Planting

• 120 tonnes of green waste composted annually

• Heaps turned once a weekProcess takes 10 to 12 weeks • Mixed with composted food

waste from the in-vessel aerobic digester ‘Neter’

• Apply as mulch
