Description:
Cool Brightwater Homes Project in Milton
1
A BETTER WAY FOR MILTON TO GROW: SWEET APPLE Under consideration April 25th by Milton’s City Council is a new neighborhood proposal from Brightwater Homes – Sweet Apple on Ebenezer Road. Sweet Apple represents an important opportunity to develop a neighborhood that is better, smarter and in keeping with the character and equestrian feel Milton seeks to maintain. And unlike the Conservation Subdivision Ordinance, this proposal is voluntary, does not negatively impact other Milton landowners and does not allow an increased number of homes. SUPPORT SMART GROWTH FOR MILTON Milton’s 2030 Comprehensive Land Use Plan describes this area of Sweet Apple as a character area in the city – one that should be considered carefully with respect to its natural beauty including trees, lakes, streams and pastoral views. Unfortunately, development under AG1 zoning would destroy these very things. Alternatively, Brightwater’s proposed plan for Sweet Apple honors the character of the land while maintaining high quality and value with custom-designed homes priced from the $700s to $1 million. SUPPORT SMART GROWTH FOR MILTON

Milton’s 2030 Comprehensive Land Use Plan describes this area of Sweet Apple as a character area in the city – one that should be considered carefully with respect to its natural beauty including trees, lakes, streams and pastoral views. Unfortunately, development under AG1 zoning would destroy these very things. Alternatively, Brightwater’s proposed plan for Sweet Apple honors the character of the land while maintaining high quality and value with custom-designed homes priced from the $700s to $1 million.
