Why did we use the System Usability Scale?

Why did we do A/B Testing?

We are testing primarily for ease of use and learnabilityof our system. Because our user baseis quite wide, we need to be sure that the system is

easily accessible to people and make it sothat people would want to use it. We’ll be testing userson some basic tasks, as well ascomparing the system against BBC’s traditionalproducts.
