SYNOPSIS

Online State Budget Preparation

INTRODUCTION:

The project entitled Online State Budget Preparation is to collect the

data from different department and based on that to generate the state

annual budget.

PROJECT:

Online State Budget Preparation is a web based online application

project to prepare the annual budget. Preparing annual budget is a very

tedious process, which involves lot of people from all the state departments.

So many people and many departments are involved, there is lot of time

consumption to interact between one to one. Also computing all the data

tae very long time, a dedicated time as to wor months together to

compute the annual budget. !n order to ease this process we are preparing

this online web based tool, which will help all the departments to put their

data in order manner, based on that data we can calculate the state budget.

The main advantage of this application is free calculation, fast communication

between one to one and mainly data integrity and security.

OBJECTIVE:

The main objective of this project is to provide a tool to enter the state

budget data department wise. The other main objective of this project is to

provide communication between emp to emp and dept to dept. The other

main objective of this project is calculate all the values accurately. The other

major objective is provide user friendly environment. The other major

objective to protect the data.

SCOPE:

This application can very use full for the States, so after successful

implementation in one state, this project can be used in all the states.
