Thirty-one ornamental street lights and 20 stan- dard cobra head street lights will be outfitted with the new LED bulbs, and four new standard cobra head LED street lights will be installed. The lighting up- grade is a part of the City's existing work plans within the Lincoln International Business District. It is es- timated to cost approximately $125,000. Additionally, $4.3 million has been set aside for improvements to the Lincoln International Business District this bien- nium. Work begins today, and will take place along South 38th Street from Tacoma Avenue South to South Thompson Avenue, and along South Yakima Avenue from South 38th to South 39th streets. Work is pro- jected to be completed in approximately two weeks. Minimal traffic impacts are anticipated while the new LED lighting is being installed. "The new LED lights will change the face of this area bordered by an attractive neighborhood, beauti- ful Lincoln Park, and historic Lincoln High School," said Tacoma City Councilmember Marty Campbell. Tacoma-Pierce County has announced its annual list of Top 10 economic development projects and investments during 2014.
The list includes Bass Pro Shops, Boeing, Gar-� eld Station, James Hardie Building Products, MultiCare Health System, Portside Business Center, Sierra Paci� c Industries, South Sound 911, Toray Composites, and the University Y Student Center.
The list was announced during the EDB's an-nual meeting on Wednesday at the Greater Taco-ma Convention and Trade Center in downtown Tacoma.
Similarly, the 2015 Golden Shovel Award was presented to the Port of Tacoma and the Port of Seattle for their Seaport Alliance partnership.

IV.The sum owing on the obligation se- cured by the Deed of Trust is: Principal $118,581.55, together with interest as provided in the note or other instru- ment secured from the 25th day of January of 2011 and such other costs and fees as are due under the note or other instrument secured, and as are provided by statute.
V.The above-described real property will be sold to satisfy the expense of sale and the obligation secured by the Deed of Trust as provided by statute. The sale will be made without warran- ty, express or implied, regarding title, possession, or encumbrances on the 3rd day of April, 2015. coma City Council, at its regular City Council meeting of Tuesday, March 3, 2015, passed the following resolution and ordinance. The summary of the contents of said resolution and ordi- nance, consisting of the title, are as follows:
Resolution No. 39129 A resolution setting Thursday, April 9, 2015, at 9:00 a.m., as the date for a hearing by the Hearing Examiner on the request to vacate the east 35 feet of East L Street between East 52nd and East 54th Streets for a 37 residential plat development called Heritage Gardens. (CFW, LLC; File No. 124.1342)
Ordinance No. 28284 An ordi- nance amending Chapter 6A.110 of the Municipal Code, relating to the
Property Tax Exemptions for Multi Family Housing Code, to align with City priorities and state law, and clarify re- quirements regarding vacancy and dis- placement issues for occupied struc- tures that are to be rehabilitated or de- veloped.
