Introduction This working draft is an attempt to catalogue the publications in English that focus on Tajikistan. English language sources on Tajikistan are weak in some areas, especially in regards to the Soviet era. This bibliography is for publications in social sciences, history, area studies, government and policy. I am also cataloguing sources in Russian and Tajiki. A complete bibliography should be released by later this year. For an updated version, please visit: http://tajikistanresearch.org/bibliography/ Christian Bleuer September 2010 1.
