Role Responsibilities
Sales Rep The Sales Representative will be responsible for communicating the client’s project expectations appropriately to the team.
Talentstream Engage Implementation Consultant
The TSE Implementation Consultant will be responsible for coordinating and managing the execution of the project. This includes overseeing the development, testing, launch, and training of the software.
Major Responsibilities/Activities• Provide subject matter expert knowledge on the product• Ensure project tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner• Provide recommendations to the client on implementation of software and
tools• Provide training to the client on the day-to-day functionality of the
software, as well as best practices
Client The client will be responsible for communicating their company’s business requirements and defining company processes. In addition, they will be responsible for providing company-specific details for system configuration and approving system setup prior to go-live tasks.
Major Responsibilities/Activities• Define business requirements and processes• Participate on client calls to review and discuss project progress• Review, test, and approve software configuration and functionality• Provide relevant company information to accurately prepare software
content• Gain an understanding of the software functionality• Involve appropriate contacts from their company throughout the
implementation process for development, testing, and integration steps• Lead internal roll out and communication steps

Client Additional Users
The additional users within the system will be responsible for learning how to use the system based on their security access. The TSE Implementation Consultant will provide initial user trainings to show the users how to use the software.
Client IT Contact The IT Contact will be responsible for assisting with the integration of the software on the client’s company websites.

Research & Site Design1
Review & Revise2
During this phase, we will set a timeline for your implementation and determine the required milestones throughout the program. We will research elements of company websites and assets to design a branded career site layout for your organization.
Our focus will be to determine the following details: • How open positions are created and posted within your organization • How candidates submit an application to an open position • What company assets and branding materials are used for your organization • Recommend elements to include in your career site layout • Design and develop initial layout of career site for your review
Based on the information gathered during this phase, Talentstream Engage will begin the development of your career site. This process typically takes up to five business days to complete to allow for website build time as well as quality assurance review by our implementation consultants.
After all of the requirements are gathered, and the initial layout is mocked up, the TSE Implementation Consultant will thoroughly review and revise the site to ensure all elements of the new mocked-up site are working and there are no visual, grammatical, or site errors.
In the event that any errors are uncovered, the implementation consultant will work with the design team to correct them.

IMPLEMENTATION PHASES
Delivery Call & Training3This phase is your opportunity to review the site and approve the configuration setup. Your TSE Implementation Consultant will review features and functionality and provide basic training. The goal of this phase is not only to review the system to ensure that it is set up to meet your recruiting needs, but also to provide an opportunity for you to review daily functions within the software.
After the Delivery Call, we suggest you review the site and backend at your own pace. Once this is done, you can communicate both changes you need in your software as well as any training questions you had while using the system. If system changes are needed, your Implementation Consultant will discuss an appropriate timeline for the changes to occur and for you to review after completion.This is also the time to implement Talentstream Engage as your company’s career site. Your Implementation Consultant will provide you with detailed instructions you can send to your IT Department.

JOIN BUTTON IMPLEMENTATIONNow that you have Talentstream Engage, show it off to reap maximum benefits — to do so, we highly recommend placing a “Join our Talent Network” button or hyperlink on any channel you currently use to reach potential candidates. This could include your corporate website, var ious social media sites, email signatures, and career site.
Increasing the visibility of the “Join” button in as many places as possible will enhance your opportunity to capture lead information from candidates and keep them engaged in your talent pipeline. In fact, studies have shown that 80 percent of job seekers are willing to complete a job form even if they are not ready to apply. Did you get that? That’s 4 in 5 job seekers!
If you prefer not to use the provided buttons, you may instead link to your TSE via a text hyperlink. Regardless of which method you choose — the “Join” button or a hyperlink — you will be greatly increasing the visibility of your Talent Network to job seekers.
We suggest placing the “Join” button or hyperlink in these materials:
• Corporate website or career site • Social media sites (Facebook, LinkedIn,
Twitter, Google+, or others) • Email signatures • Email campaigns • At career fairs, via QR codes or other
methods • On any site that could be exposed to
potential talent

EMAIL CAMPAIGNSWe recommend that you use your Talentstream Engage “Join” button as a way to re-engage candidates who have shown interest in your company before and who currently reside within your Applicant Tracking System, or ATS. By using your portable “Join” button, you can email former candidates and invite them to join your talent network, while keeping them up to date on the opportunities that best match their skill sets. Not sure where to begin? We’ll be happy to provide examples and templates.
SESSION-LESS JOIN FORMDo you regularly host or participate in career fairs or hiring events? A session-less join form is a great fit for companies that host or participate in career fairs or hiring events and want to make an iPad available for multiple candidates to join their Talent Network. It is also compatible on mobile devices and desktop computers as well!
What is a Session-Less Join Form?Session-less join occurs when the join form page is continuously refreshed. This allows for candidate after candidate to join your talent network, without browser/cookie interference.
How does it work?After a new candidate joins your talent network, the join form will “refresh” and show a new, blank join form, ready for the next candidate to complete. No previous candidate information will auto-populate in any of the listed fields.

MOBILE REDIRECTIs your career site not mobile optimized? No worries. You can still direct mobile visitors to a mobile-optimized career search experience on your Talentstream Engage site. The TSE solution is completely mobile-optimized, providing mobile visitors with an optimal career search experience.
How does it work?Your website’s current links to your career site can be replaced with a mobile redirect. Once enabled, a candidate clicking on the career site link will be redirected to your Talentstream Engage site.
Who can set up the mobile redirect? Anyone with access to the page’s html can set up the mobile redirect. This is most likely someone in your IT department.
How do I set up a mobile redirect? We will provide a separate document with detailed instructions for your IT contact. As a reminder, since this is a mobile-specific feature, it will not redirect job seekers on desktop devices.
Setting up a session-less join form is quick and easy!
Simply add: “join?&nosession=true” to the end of the join form URL and you have a session-less join form!
