Tanya L Baker Executive Office New York anya is head of Goldman Sachs Accelerate, the firm’s internal innovation engine that identifies, invests in, and incubates new businesses for Goldman Sachs. Previously, Tanya ran digital strategy for the Investment Banking Division. Before that, she was a vice president in the Technology Business Development Group. Tanya joined Goldman Sachs in 2008 as an associate and was named managing director in 2019. Prior to joining the firm, Tanya worked at Microsoft. Tanya earned a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from McGill University in 2002 and an MBA from New York University Stern School of Business in 2008. T
