Career & Leadership Development •  Employers in Tanzania struggle to find graduates that can do their

job well. Most graduates have nothing more than a degree certificate, and are lack of transferable soft skills for task execution.

•  In the graduate employment market, AIESEC is extremely relevant. Mainly due to the voluntary leadership experiences, interest in world issues, and Global Competency Model.

•  Some employers will even ask for AIESEC members exclusively on their application.

•  If AIESEC is developing the right talents for the market via our TMP/ TLP program, why cant we extend some elements to more youth in Tanzania.
