Ben Tashakorian, a First Vice President and a Senior Director with Marcus & Millichap, has personally evaluated more than a billion dollars in assets over his first 13 years with the firm. Ben has over 150 career closings, totaling nearly $500 million in sales and over 3.8 million square feet of commercial space in 14 different states.

In 2014 Ben had his most successful year to date, which included closing 190,000 SF Corporate Headquarter before years end. Some of Ben’s more notable career sales include closing the 2nd largest transaction in San Diego for all of 2012, as well as setting the county record for price per square foot in a separate sale.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, she was a senior director of sales with more than five years of experience at a strategic research firm based in Washington, DC. In this capacity, she helped run her firm’s higher education division which welcomed over a hundred new clients during her tenure. Scott Hilmen is a member of Marcus & Millichap’s National Office & Industrial Properties Group, joining the Tashakorian Team in 2014. He specializes in the disposition and acquisition of Office, Industrial and Mixed-Use properties for the Firm’s San Diego office.
