Task Analysis 1. Print off pictures, communication board, sample sentence, Sentence Strip and poster 2. Laminate the communication board 3. Cut out and laminate pictures of your choice, Sentence Strip and sample sentence 4. Attach hook Velcro strips to your communication board and loop dots to back of pictures 5. Place a strip of loop Velcro on one side of your Sentence Strip and a strip of hook Velcro on the opposite side 6. Attach pictures, Sentence Strip and sample sentence to the communication board 7. Take your completed communication board to your local coffee shop 8. Make a request using the pictures on the communication board 9. Request that the coffee shop keep the communication board for customers to order throughout the month of October 10. Stick poster in the front window of the coffee shop 11. Invite your local media to take part 12. Take photos of coffee shop picture exchange in action and upload to Facebook Consider purchasing a Perspex menu stand to place communication board in.
