TUBITAK has signed Grant Agreement with related hosting institutions while hosting institutions have signed Employment Contract with accepted applicants. Co-Fund fellows are requested to prepare semi-annual reports. Received reports together with the evaluation forms are sent to the experts in related fields for evaluation. Continuation of fellowship is fully depended to status of semi-annual reports. TBTAK Financial Affairs Management of the project budget 1.Hosting institutes open a project budget bank account 2.TUBITAK transfers money of an approved project to the project bank account in 4 parts at the beginning Although all these payments are decided to be issued using fixed Euro-TL exchange rate of application approval date, due to the important exchange rate changes, it is decided to use not only one fixed exchange rate but 4 different exchange rates belonging to the money transfer date of each 4 parts.
