At this point , a roughing treat-ment for wastewater separation of solid particles is installed in order to prevent the entrance of elements that could demage the insllation. This system can be automatic or manual
Water flows into the OXITOT tank. Once in the bioreactor , the organic matter is decom-posed by the air supplay and the generation of aerobic mi-croorganisms.THe endagenous growth is the phase in which organism elim-inate organic dissolved pollut-ants.
In this stage the sludge is sedi-mented. The sludges are recy-cled into the aerobic tank by an electric pumpTreated water flow exits on the top of the sedimentation tank.
The Oxitot treatment plant is the most adequated solu-tion for domestic wastewater treatment when it can not be connected directly to the municipal sewage system and a hight quality of discharge is required. Oxitot is an aerobic oxidation characterized by its compactness. Te material of OXitot is hight density polyenthlene.The oxidation of ornanics pollutants is done by oxygena-tion. whith this procedure the yueld and reduction of BOD and SS is incresed.

1. Make a hole of 20 cm aprox. always bigger than the dimension of the tank.2. Prepare an uniform and smooth 10 cm layer of sand on the place where the container will be buried.3. Place the tank in the center of the base.4. Fill the water container .5. Fill the hole with sand and fine concrete up to the level of the water.6. Position the registration cover which shoul be in correspondence with the inspection cover.7. Finish filling the hole up to ground surface
When the hole deepness is higher than 20-30 cm , layers of 5 cm thick of concrete lihtweight should be placed over the tank.
If the installation ihas a trafficable roof, a 25 cm thick layer of reinforced concrete with an iron net shoul be placed on the top of the tank

Civil Works:THe depth of the hole shoul be the sum of the diameter of the equipment, concrete slab, soft concrete layer and the distance between the tank and ground level. This distance will be determined be the elevation of the inlet wastewater pipe.
Bed and fill material:When the concrete slab has constructed is should be filled with reinforced concrete (100 kg/cm2)a height of 250mm. Place the tank, when the concrete is stil soft, filled to one third of its capacity. when the tank is seated, fill the hile with concrete to cover a height of 1/3 of the tank height and a width of 300mm.
Anchorage:The deposition of mechanically anchored sling attachment should be placed in the racks marked of the tank. The distance between anchor points must be ewual to the di-ameter of the tank + 300 mm on each side the same. The anchor points at the bottom of the hole should be aligned.
Overture:Chest shoul be placed on each tank access. the chest are not transmitted to the walls of any cargo thank that could harm them or isolation.

The BSV mechanical floor panel grab is designed to lift Xella floor panels and Xella roof panels with a width of 600 mm and a maximum length from 3.600 mm provided with cement groove or tongue and groove withthickness 150 or 125 mm.The grab is provided with safety bars and is for use on building sites.

Checks prior to commencing work
1. Make sure that no-one is standing under the load.
2. Make sure that no-one is present in the turning circle of the hoist, and, to ensure safety, mark area off (with red and white tape for example).
3. Check the panels before hoisting for cracks or fractures. If a panel is visibly damaged it must not be hoisted using a grab.
4. Before commencing work, check that the grab and other equipment are in good condition and that it works as it should. Make sure the grab has a re-inspection sticker clearly stating the re-inspection date. The grab must not be used under any conditions once the re-inspection date has passed.
5. Do not use the grab if it is not operating perfectly or if it shows visible signs of damage. In such a case contact your supplier or immediate superior.
6. This grab is suitable for hoisting the products described in headings 1 and 2 only.
7. Clamping power reduces when dirty and/or frozen panels are clamped. It is forbidden to use this grab if the panels are covered in snow or ice.
8. Check you are using the right tools for the materials to be hoisted and check that the hoist to which the loaded grab is attached has sufficient carrying capacity. If the crane hook is too large for the lifting eye from the grab use a certified connecting chain or shackle with sufficient carry-ing capacity. The lifting hook must be able to move freely in the lifting eye.9. Make sure there are no loose items on the load.
10. Wherever necessary use a guide line.
11. The place at which the load is to be set down must be free of people and goods.
12. Use all the required personal protection equipment (such as safety helmet, safety shoes, etc.).

Method
1. Identify the type of floor/roof panel which is going to be lifted: cement groove or tongue and groove.2. There are (4) height adjustments on each grab by means of rollers. Adjust the height of the rollers based on the thickness of the floor/roof panel and groove type. All (4) rollers must be in the same position and locked with the wing nut.
Panels provided with a cement groove:put all 4 rollers in the lowest position
Panels provided with a tongue and groove 150 mmthickness:put all 4 rollers in position 150
Panels provided with a tongue and groove 125 mm thickness:put all 4 rollers in position 125
3.The grab is provided with an automatic locking system. Verify that the grab is in locked posi-tion before hoisting on the panels (if not lower the grab on the ground and see to it that it is in locked position). The safety bars must be in upright position.

Warning: Maneuver the grab only by means of the orange stickers “HANDEN HIER” (= HANDS HERE)
4. Mount the lifting eye in the crane hook (see note 3.8).5. Lift the grab and position it on the middle of the panel (see note 1).If you are lifting tongue and groove panels see to it that the grab is positioned in the correct way on the panel (watch the stickers on both sides from the grab indicating “tongue side” or “groove side”).6. Lower the grab completely on the panel so that the grab is in rest, the locking mechanism will click over.7. Now lift the grab slowly and the jaws will be pressing on the panel.8. Lift the grab with panel 700 mm and adjust the (3) safety bars. The safety bars must be ad-justed so that they can rotate under the panel after the panel has been lifted.See to it that the bar is positioned right under the panel with the smallest tolerance (see picture E and F)

If hoisted 1,5 meter above ground level, the safety bars must be used at all times!9. Now carefully hoist the grab up and maneuver it to the place where it is to be installed.10. Lower the grab 700 mm above the place where is to be set down, rotating the (3) safety bars upward just prior to setting.
