Drainage Systems

We supply ACO Marine waste water treatment systems (fully certified to IMO MEPC 159(55) standards), grease separators,

push-fit pipes in stainless and galvanized steel, scuppers, channels and grates.Manual Valve Control

- Reach Rod SeriesOur mechanical remote control reach rod system enables manual valve operation from remote locations. Applications

include valves in hard to reach locations (inside a tank or around narrow corner), hazardous area (on high platform) or

where multiple valves are to be actuated from a single point of operation. Our standard range of production includes the following components:

1. Deck Stand to raise hand wheel to comfortable operating height

2. Universal Joint to allow drive shaft to bend (30 degree or less) in any direction for off-center valve installation3. Drive Shaft to transmit rotary motion, with solid and/or flexible rod.

4. Bevel Gear to accommodate 90 degree turning of Drive Shaft5. Bulkhead Stuffing Box to provide water-tight sealing between separate tanks

6. Rod Holder Housing to secure Drive Shaft in rotary motion7. Gearbox for both quarter-turn and multi-turn valves

- Hydraulic SeriesOur hydraulic remote control system provides Manual Valve Remote Control (mVRC) through standard hydraulic

actuator and transmitter to operate both quarter-turn and multi-turn valves.

- Mactuator Series Our manual valve feedback system, Mactuator, works with most quarter-turn limit switches in the market to provide

position feedback signal for multi-turn gate and globe valves without electric actuator, enabling substantial cost saving.

REACH ROD SERIES - Manual Remote Control

Deck StandOur deck stand is made of steel

construction with rugged coating system which comprises epoxy primer with rust preventive pigments

and epoxy enamel topcoat. Position indication is provided by

a pointer affixed to a bronze nut that travels along the internal stainless steel stem secured with externally

threaded sleeve. Two end-stoppers are in place to avoid damage of

pointer due to over travel.Weatherproof housing is fully

enclosed with lip seal and sealant to

prevent water and foreign particles from damaging the internal stem

thread, coupled with permanently lubricated bearing for better performance and maintenance-free

operation. Options include:

1. Water-tight sealing, in the form of adjustable gland

packing, is

suitable for installations

above tanks.2.Common types of limit switches

can be incorporated

onto our deck stand to provide remote signals

for valve position monitoring.

Universal JointMachined from bar stock in

stainless steel 304 or 316 for greater corrosion resistance, our universal

joint provides smooth operation and

long life due to large bearing surface and well-controlled tolerances

between mating parts.A wide variety of modifications is

available for our universal joint, such

as different sizes of bore,

keyway, square hole and hex hole

for each individual hub.

Our fabrication processes are designed to

produce low volume quantities and made to order

custom parts just as cost-effective as high volume standard universal joints.

Bevel Gear Box

Our bevel gear box is fully enclosed in an epoxy-coated steel housing sealed with hard-set rubber

gasket for submerged applications. To accommodate greater axial

loading due to the weight of rigid reach rod above the bevel gear box,

our input shaft extends well beyond the intersection of the two bevel gears, such that it can be firmly

supported on both ends by roller and thrust bearings for ease of operation

and longer life cycle.

Drive Shaft

Our rigid reach rod, made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel for

extended service life, is used to remotely operate valves from size 2” to 16”. Full length reach rod can

easily be coupled to our universal joints, either through solid dowel pin

or permanent welding.

Intermediate Coupling

Our Intermediate Coupling comes in elongated housing which

firmly locks the internal stepped shaft in position to minimize wobbling of rigid rod in rotation, extending the life

span of internal packing and bushing.

Options include:1. Permanently sealed and

lubricated with Teflon packing

and caged bearing, our Bulkhead Stuffing Box provides

dripless inter-tank sealing with welding ring for direct installation

on bulkhead (fully submersible).2. Our Tank-Top Stuffing Box

provides water-tight sealing in

the form of adjustable gland packing for installations above

tanks (partially submersible).3. Designed to provide a fixed point

of rotation and support the

weight of reach rod, our Intermediate Rod Housing

comes equipped with shaft collar and thrust bearings to provide smooth torque transmission

(none submersible).
