New Initiatives• Second Century Club

– New giving society encourages young alumni to give at least $250 annually to the Terry Annual Fund

– 600% increase in giving by young alumni over the last three years due to YAB involvement

• Mentor Program– Pairs current undergraduate students with young alumni

working in the field of interest, city or company– Launched Fall 2010, 70 students and alumni participating– Mid-point evaluation survey to be sent next week

• Internship Initiative– Board members reaching out to their companies and peers

to encourage hiring Terry student interns– Process in place for employers to easily post internships,

review resumes and interview candidates for positions– Goal: 30 new internships?
