Executive Retreats We led Executive Retreats designed to provide time away from the day-to-day pressures, which gave leaders the chance to stop, reflect and renew their focus on what’s important.
Strategy workshops We designed customised workshops for each client, which delivered on their specific outcomes. We used creative approaches, which stimulated fresh thinking and drove their momentum to pursue their vision.
Publications Monique’s book, Pivot Point: Making the decisions that matter in business, was reprinted and made available as an e-book via Amazon. Monique also wrote regular articles, blogs and the Teak Yew Strategy Update, which kept clients and industry informed of the latest news and developments.
