The plant is situated at an area 65 000 2 on the territory of the village of Yana, near Sofia.

The production line is designed and manufactured according to the latest achievements of the continuous cycle of production from the Leading Italian company PU.MA.

Technopanel covers the standard for quality management ISO 9001:2008. This means that all processes from raw materials to manufacture and supply are carried out in accordance with the certified system for quality management. The panels TECHNOPANEL are certified for fire resistance, reaction to fire, strength, thermal properties, acoustic properties, health assessment for relevancy. They have CE mark and the proven properties are subject to constant quality control.

Excellent thermal insulating characteristics.

Regardless of their low weight, the sandwich panels have good strength characteristics, much better than the ones of their own components which results in saving of the supporting construction from 2 to 4 times.

The production range includes complete wall systems for wall cladding and roof systems consisting of three-layer panels, sandwich type with insulation core both of polyurethane (PUR) and mineral wool (MW) and finishing internal and external layers of galvanized steel sheet protected with polyester.

The joint between the roof panels TTOP is achieved through crown lapping of an additional profile with the neighboring panel

The techniques of joining of the sandwich panels include a simultaneous panel-to-panel joint and joining of these elements with the supporting construction.

The joint between the wall panels TFACE T (with through fixing) is achieved through the tongue groove method.

The joint between the wall panels TFACE S (with secret fixing) is achieved through the double tongue groove method.

Production lines

PIR - plates TDUCT with insulation of polyisocyanurate rigid foam (PIR), cached on both sides with aluminum foil are suitable for making air ducts for building ventilation and air conditioning.
