Driving Improvement with the TAP Report
• Focus limited resources where you will get the biggest return on time and investment
• Create Unit or Department specific improvement teams• Utilize HAI specific Survey Monkey Assessment to
identify gaps in evidence based practices. Tool coming soon for CAUTI.
• Ask 3-4 members of the unit/department or team to complete the Survey Monkey Assessment – eye opening results!
