• Content Review - Once the initial content has been populated and the site is near completion, it will be fully tested - from a first-time visitor's perspective.

o We will also provide your staff with log in access to the development environment, so that they may test the site and provide their feedback.

• Browser Testing - We test in both Windows and Macintosh environments, in Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox and Google’s Chrome browsers with different screen resolutions, and at different bandwidth environments.

• Mobile friendly version

• Launch - Upon approval the site files will be moved to ten24’s production environment.

• ten24 provides a detailed training session on the content management system for your staff.

• A user manual is provided in PDF format and will include all major site features of the content management system, including creating and editing content, events, news items, forms, administrators and user accounts.
