Terms and Conditions
1. Sealed quotations /Tenders should be sent to the Registrar,
Madan Mohan Malaviya University of Technology, Gorakhpur.
2. Our tender no .and the opening date should invariably be super scribed on the top of
the envelope. Earnest money should be sent in separate sealed envelope and on the
top of the envelope, "Earnest Money" should be super scribed.
3. Tender received after the closing date and stipulated time shall not be considered and
the University shall not be responsible for any postal delay.
4. The tender should be valid a period of three Months (03 Months) from the date of
opening of the tender.
5. The tender / quotation brought personally / by Regd. Post. Should be dropped in to
the tender box before closing the bid submission time prescribed by the University.
6. Vendors must.be registered with sales/ T.T deptt. They should state their registration
no. also.
7. Suppliers must be registered with Income Tax deptt. They should state their
PAN no/ along with proof.
8. Form C or D etc. for concession shall not be provided by the institute
9. All the tenders must be accompanied by Bid security as mentioned in tender
document in the form of Demand Draft in favor of Controller of finance , MMMUT,
Gorakhpur.
10. Quotations deviating from above terms & Conditions shall be rejected straight
away without assigning any reason thereof.
11. University has every right to extend the due date of tender if so required but all
the quotations/tender will be opened together.
12. In any dispute Registrar, MMMUT, Gorakhpur will be the final arbitrary
Authority.
13. Deduction of T.D.S will be done as per Govt. rules.
14. Tender may be down loaded from institute website http://mmmut.ac.in. A
separate demand draft for the cost of tender documents is required to be
submitted along with tenders / quotations.
15. All disputes are subject to Jurisdiction of courts at Gorakhpur only.
16. The University can reject any or all quotations/Tender without assigning any
