CUSEC - CAPSTONE 14 - Multi-State Objectives Objective 1: Operational Communications: In accordance with jurisdictional plans, policies and procedures demonstrate the ability to maintain a continuous flow of critical information between state, federal and private sector partners. Objective 2: Operational Coordination: In accordance with jurisdictional plans, policies and procedures, demonstrate the ability to effectively coordinate regional response efforts to a catastrophic earthquake event. Objective 3: Situational Assessment: In accordance with jurisdictional plans, policies and procedures, demonstrate the ability to effectively gather and disseminate disaster intelligence to all key stakeholders.

Internal State Objectives Objective 1 – Alert all state agencies and conduct a State Wide Communications drill. Establish communications with impacted areas. Objective 2 – Establish, share and display situational awareness within a common operational picture. Objective 3 – Conduct mobilization of state resources and stage for deployment into the impacted area in order to save lives and protect critical infrastructure. Objective 4 – Determine requirements for federal and supporting state assistance and conduct ARF and EMAC request processes. Objective 5 – Determine locations and establish support for POD, Staging areas (RSOI) and LSA facilities across the state.
