Besides a complete range of water meters, Watertech offers to its customers, upon request, a wide selection of equipments for water meters calibration and testing.

The test benches for verification and calibration of water meters can be designed and manufactured in one of the following technologies:

All equipments are produced in accordance with the sector International Norms and Directives, such as: ISO 4064 Norm, 2004/22/CE (MID) Directive, EN14154 norm, OIML R49 norm, etc...

According to the customer’s needs, we can also ensure compliance with the standards that are specific to his country in terms of security and environment. In this case, we provide - in addition to the regular documentation - also those specific ones.Our range of test benches covers all water meter sizes in different types and length, from DN 15 to DN300.The dimensions, the quantity of water meters for each test cycle, as well as all details regarding shape and dimensions are defined together with the customer.

Upon request, we can supply also test benches for special applications: test benches for hot water, for endurance test, for pressure test, etc…

Our test benches can be: fully manual, both operationally and for the results calculation; or different levels of automatization can be defined with the customer upon request.

Only high quality construction materials are selected so as to ensure long life and avoid oxidation or deterioration as a consequence of use with water. On regular basis we employ, for example: stainless steel, acetalic resin, glass etc…

All the equipment devices, such as manometers, flowmeters, thermometers, personal computers, electronic cards and components, probes, printing machines, are selected exclusively well-known brands to ensure excellent quality and an easy spare parts availability all over the world.

All Watertech test benches are supplied with complete manual concerning installation, operating and maintenance, in the language required by the customer.

Staff training and courses can be done in our factories or where the customer requires.
