In April 2012 TGO piloted its first green energy gym.

The gym is shaped as a green heart and glows at night through the energy generated by people power! This is an example of a glow system where the electricity is used to power the lighting in the evening to extend the use of the gym for residents.

TGO is launching some exciting new packages to get more communities active whilst helping the planet. TGO’s new energy range complements its fitness range. These four pieces are like mini power stations converting human energy into usable electricity.

Go with the Glow or Flow? Once the energy is generated, what can you do with it? There are two options – ‘glow’ lighting or ‘flow’ feeding the energy back into your building or network. All this technology is contained in the IP65 rated anti tamper cabinet which also display the user’s power output and the energy output of the gym.
