LASSO Plus is the result of TGS’ ongoing project to digitize over one million well logs in key exploration regions across the US and Canada and make them available for immediate download via LOG-LINE Plus! Digital well log data from TGS is vectorized using proprietary TGS technology, and is subject to a rigorous set of quality control checks before being certified as compliant with TGS’ comprehensive LAS specifications. LAS are tied to the correct wellbore using our Validated Well Header. The TGS Validated Well Header data is created by a thorough review of all available well records. Every well system is researched and validated and all well bores are identified, providing access to all drilling events, detailing the history and chronology of the well.
