The Academy’s Online AuctionStarts Friday at 9am!

The online auction kicks off Friday, October 4 at 9am and ends on Sunday, October 13 at 9pm. With so many of the Ancillae signature items and great experiences available, your kids won’t want you to miss it! Make sure you sign on early and often to place your bids and make sure you’re the top bidder on Sunday!

Raffle Tickets on Sale Now!Don’t miss your chance to buy a ticket to win an iPad mini or Beats Solo Headphones by Dr. Dre! One ticket costs $10, or buy three for $25. Send your form and money in, the drawing will be held during the auction on Saturday, October 12.

Gift Cards NeededWe need gift cards donated for our new game, Off Broadway Bargains. Our new games is a Groupon-inspired game that will be set up during the silent auction. At the Off Broadway Bargains booth, you’ll be able to purchase gift cards to great local establishments for a fraction of their face value! Get there early, these sell out fast!

New to the auction this year, we will be using only Mobile Bidding on your smartphone for all Silent Auction Items.

When you arrive at the auction, you will get a bidder number and the link to our auction’s Clickbid site. Just follow the link, enter your bidder number and begin bidding!

Registration of your smartphone is easy: with your RSVP, please include the cell number(s) for the phone(s) you will be using to bid.

! A couple at the auction can use the same bidder! number while bidding on different phones

OR

! each of the phones can have its own bidder number.

Also, you can request a bidding device to use that night.
