SIOR CHAPTER SPRING TRAINING EVENT
This year’s spring training event was held on March 2nd at Scottsdale Stadium where the Giants and Angels played to a packed stadium. The sold out event provided Chapter Members, Corporate Sponsors and industry friend’s access to the private Chorro club where all attendee’s enjoyed great food, drinks and a beautiful Arizona spring day.
CHAPTER HOSTS PLATINUM DEVELOPER SHOWCASE EVENT
On January 21st over 70 members and sponsors attended the Platinum Developer Showcase Event held at The Henry on Camelback. The standing room only crowd listened to presentations from Mark Singerman of The Rockefeller Group and Craig Porter of Renaissance Companies. Afterwards, a cocktail and networking reception was held for all attendee’s.

Mr. Cheney specializes in the representation of landlords and tenants, focusing on the leasing and sales of office properties in the metropolitan Phoenix real estate market. A second generation Arizonan, Mr. Cheney’s extensive experience includes representing

As President of Ross Property Advisors, Lance Ross has over 30 years of experience in the Arizona real estate market. Lance was a Senior Director for Cushman and Wakefield of Arizona, Inc. and joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2003 after having formed and served as a Principal/Broker for Ross Brown
Partners. Prior to founding Ross Brown Partners, Mr. Ross was a Senior Marketing Associate for Iliff Thorn & Company (now known as Colliers International) for ten years.
